Emma's POV
It's now the 26th of January and we have been at camp for the CONCACAF a few days. Today's is also the Grammys

I can attend so yesterday a got a package sent to the hotel with a golden gramophone and a letter telling me that I won which no one except for Alex know because she helped me film a thank you video that they would play at the event

Being nominated in three categories and winning one is something I'm really happy about. I mean that I didn't win song of the year and new artist of the year I'm not surprised about because I'm pretty sure Billie Eilish will win those. I actually thought she would win album of the year too but it surprised me and will probably surprise a lot of people that she didn't

We have just got back from today's second training and it's 8pm so it was a late training but we are going to eat dinner and watch the Grammys as a team

I sit down with the usual people. Tobin, Christen, Alex, Ash, Ali, Pinoe, Allie and Kelley. We grabbed dinner and started eating while watching the last bits of the red carpet before the show started for really. A few of the smaller rewards was already handed out so they talk about that and then they started with the bigger once. Album of the year being the second to last with song of the year as the last one

"Do you know if you have won" Ash ask me during a small break of the show

"Yea. It's not a surprise I know if I have won and if I have lost because I'm not there so they would have sent me a grammy for everyone I won"

When it's best new artist of the year the team cheer when my name is said making my chuckle and then chuckle again as they got mad when I didn't win

They then got to album of the year. At this point is was dark outside and everyone was done with dinner a while ago. I had my arm on top of the armrest on Alex's chair that she had moved closer as she leaned into me with her head on my shoulder

They started going over the nominations and then my names was said as my teammates started to celebrate I just ignored them and kissed Alex as she whispered. "Congrats babe"

"Wouldn't have done it with out you in my life" I answer kissing her again as we looked back at the screen where the video was showing

"Hello LA and thank you guys so much for this. I'm very sorry that I can't be there tonight but I'm in Houston playing soccer. I want to thank my girlfriend who was the one that pushed me into actually doing music and to my wonderful friends and teammates that I have now started calling my family. This is very big to me and something I hold close to my heart and I'm so thankful that people like it and voted for me. I hope that I can be nominated more in the future and then hopefully attend the event. Love you guys and just know that this means so much to me. Love you" I say as I hold up the gramophone and the clip end

"You have it in your hotel room" Kelley ask

"It was mailed to the hotel so I got it yesterday" I said with a smile. I then totally forgot about the show a s I looked at Alex who was already looking at me. "Love you" I whisper kissing her

It soon ended and we made our way back to all of our rooms and got ready for bed. I crawled in behind Alex wrapping my arms around her placing my hands on her stomach

The little baby have been kicking for a good couple of weeks but that last few days it has been more often and hard which makes me happy knowing the baby is healthy but sometimes Alex need to stop what she is doing which makes me a little bit worried at times

Our teammates have also begun but ask us multiple times a day about the name and the god parents. They are even asking Toni and she has no clue either. It's kinda fun to watch sometimes but can also be hella annoying

This team is to much sometimes

A/N: Sorry for the short chapter the next will be longer again. I'm also going back to school soon which can mean that I have less time to write. I don't really know yet. Love You Guy❤️
