Emma's POV
I got Jack to fly down here for a few days so he could see our game against South Africa tomorrow even tho I won't be playing

Well the real reason I got him to fly down was so he could met Alex. We have this night off just to get ready for the game so I'm taking Alex to met Jack.

I have found a restaurant that should have a bit of everything 15 minutes away from the hotel. So when both Alex and I are done we make our way down to the lobby and out to the Uber with out anyone noticing us

When the 15 minute long drive is over I open Alex door as we make our way into the restaurant where I can already see Jack

"What's up" He say as we do our signature hand shake. I know we are children

"I mean expect being a pro athlete nothing much" I say with a small laugh

"Well Jack this is Alex. Alex this is Jack"

"Don't you think I know who Alex Morgan is after all you talked about her in college"

"Nice to met you and it kinda funny how both of your best friends have said that you had something for me during college" Alex say

I blush a bit and go to answer but Jack is faster. "She was totally crushing on you since first day of freshman year when I got to know her"

"Can you just stop embarrassing me" I whine

"I think it's cute" Alex say as she place a kiss on my cheek

The dinner go very well because Alex and Jack clicked very well. They had the same humor and Alex though it was really funny with all the embarrassing stories about me from college.

A dinner that was supposed to be about 2 hours long ended up being almost 4 before we where out and back on the street. I called an Uber for me and Alex and we talked some more as we waited.

When the Uber finally got there Alex got in as I walked to the other side but before I could open the door Jack spoke up. "Keep her around. I like her"

"Thanks. And I plan on doing it so don't worry" I gave him one last smile before I got into the car and we pulled out of the parking spot and out on the street

"Quick question. Is he single"

I gave her a hurt look as a joke. "I just introduced you to my best friend and you ask if he's single"

"Not like that I just thought about how good of a couple he and"

"Sonnett would be. I know" I say finishing her sentence

"We need to set them up sometime"

"I know"

I rest my head on her should for the rest of the ride and when we get to the hotel we walk inside as we look around for any teammates.

We make it to Alex's room with out getting seen. As she pull out her key card I look around the hall. No one around. I place a kiss on her lips before I let her go.

"Good night princess"

"Good night Em. Love you"

"Love you too" I place one last kiss on her lips before I let her enter her room and I walk over to mine happy about that my best friends seam to get along with my girlfriend very well.

When I get into my room Tierna just walk out the bathroom so I can walk in and get ready for bed. And as soon as I hit the mattress of my bed I'm out like a light but happier then ever about everything that's going on in my life
