Emma's POV
The game went good we won 3-0 and I got the start and got to stay in goal the whole game. I'm back in Washington and we have had two games. The last one yesterday day. We lost which is sad but at least we won the one before.

I have a few days of training and then I fly to Pennsylvania to play one game against Portugal and then we fly to Minnesota and play another one against Portugal.

Any way we have had the day of so I have been out to lunch with Rose, Mal and Andi and we are all in Mals apartment to watch the game between Orlando and Chicago. Alex is back on the field which I'm really happy about. We have talked almost every day on the phone and she is more then excited to be back on the field

Orlando start with kick of and play the ball around. It doesn't take long because in the third minute Syd has really good shot on goal but Alyssa can keep it out.

Right now Chicago have possession and Ali managed to boot it up field. Alex is about to head the ball when two Chicago players go up and I can't see what is happening but Alex fall to the ground and stay down taking her head in her hands

The player who got the ball role it out and over the side line as medics run on top the field. This has me worried sick but I try to not over react.

When 5 minutes have past and she is still sitting on the ground. I know this isn't going to end well. It takes another minute until she is of the field and disappear into the tunnel and probably back to the locker room

I know I can't call her so I just finish watching the game before I go back to my apartment. When I get back I send her a quick text telling her to call me when she can.

I lay down on my bed and it doesn't take long until my phone go of. I quickly answer it and see Alex face. It's obvious that she have been crying but I don't say anything

"Hi baby" She say

"Hello beautiful. How is it going and how bad is it"

"I'm okey but I have got a concussion and I will probably not be able to play for a month if not two but the good thing is that my knee didn't take any damage from the fall"

"That's good. Do you want me to fly down or?"

"It's okey. You stay in Washington and we will see each other at camp in a few days. Okey" I just nod as an answer

"I have to go because it's not helping my head being on the phone. But I love and miss you"

"Love you too" I say before I hang up. I lay down and look at the ceiling both happy and sad. Of course I'm happy Alex's knee didn't got worse again by a concussion is pretty bad if you are out for that long.

I try to push all the negative thoughts out of my head and go to sleep so I can train tomorrow.

The last few days have been hard. I haven't been able to talk to Alex as much as I would have wanted to and I'm happy because I'm now in my room at the hotel waiting for Alex to tell me I can come over to her room

I'm writing in my song book when I hear the door unlock. I assume it's T so I don't look up from the book

"Hi T"

"Do I look like Tierna" The raspy voice say. My head shot up when I realize it's Alex. I put the book away and walk over to her wrapping my arms around her placing a kiss on her lips

"How is the head doing" I ask looking down at her

"It's getting better and I can start to train in two weeks but I can't do any contact"

"That's good. How come you had the key to my room" I say as I sit down on my bed

"It our room. I'm staying here too" She say as she put her suitcase in the corner of the room

"Not that I don't want you here but how come"

"Jill said she wanted to switch it up a bit" She say not making eye contact with me which give away that she is lying

"Alex. I know that isn't true. I can see that you are lying. She sighed and look down as she sit on the other bed. She don't look back up so I move over and sit down next to her taking her hands in mine

"You can tell me anything. I won't be upset or mad"

After a few seconds I can hear her mumble something under her breath but can't make out what she is saying

"Can you say that one more time"

"I'm pregnant" I freeze but soon remember I have to say anything

"How long"

"7 weeks tomorrow"

"And this isn't a joke" I ask still thinking that she isn't serious

"No. I wouldn't joke about anything this serious" She say still looking down. I take my hand and move it to her cheek so she face me

"The we will be parents in a few months" I say before I place a kiss on her lips. She kiss me back as I deepen the kiss. We soon pull away for air

"You aren't mad" She ask as we catch our breath

"Could never. I know this wasn't how we planned it but I was a part of it and I want to have a family with you some day so why not start a little earlier"

She gave me a smile and a kiss that quickly turned into a heated make out session which I don't mind. We didn't go any further because of her head and because we have a meeting in a few minutes

So we both got ready and walked down to the conference room and sat down. Soon after everyone else arrive and Jill start the meeting

"So I'm very happy that everyone could get here today and I hope that we can have a good two weeks ahead of us. As y'all have probably seen no one is rooming with who they have been rooming with for the last year or so that's because I wanted to switch it up about. Anyway moving on we have training at 2 today and tomorrow we are going to the Twitter headquarters for some interviews and other stuff. After that we have a double day and then we have a light day the day before the match" Jill keep talking but I'm not really paying attention. The thing on my mined is. Do Jill know Alex is pregnant and that why she switched it up or is this just some random coincidence.

When the meeting was over I was talking to Mal so we were the last once to leave the room but when I was about to walk out the door Jill called for me

"Emma. Can you stay a minute"

"Yea sure. I will come over with the shirt later Mal"

She just gave me a thumbs up before leavening. I closed the door and walked over to Jill

"What's up coach"

"I just wanted to congratulate you and I'm really happy for you and Alex even tho I would have wanted to know earlier so I could have taken it in conclusion"

I just nodded my head

"Your going to be a good mom. I know it" I had nothing to say so I just hugged her

"I remember how scared I was to become a mom and I know that everyone probably is but it's going to turn out good as long as you and Alex do it together"

"Thank you. It means a lot"

"Don't worry about it. But you should probably go find your girlfriend she's probably wondering where you are"

"Yea, I will see you at training later"

I gave her one lass smile before I walked out the room and down the hall to mine and Alex's
