The End

Emma's POV
Time moves fast and the NWSL season is over. We made the play offs but lost in the semis so it wasn't that fun but I took a break and got Jack and T to travel to a few places all over the country for my new song and the music video for it. The song is obviously for them and That sent a wanted them in one of the few music videos I do. Be My Friend. One of my own favorites

After that I could went to Orlando before it was time for camp and I was up to no good. With the help of Vlatko, the staff, Chris and T I was going to propose and I was so nervous

T had the ring so no one would suspect anything if they found it because she has been talking about proposing to her girlfriend

My plan could go wrong on some many levels put it could also be so so good.

Vlatko, the staff and I put a scavenger hunt together. The plan was to slurp the team into groups and the get the group to fix the proposal with out know it was a proposal

They had a bunch of random quests like making a heart in the sand by the beach with rose pedals or getting my to the hotel and picking me up form the hotel

And then we had Alex group. With Kelley, Tobin and Ash. They were going to go all in but we specifically sent them away from the beach so when they get back Alex could walk to the beach alone as everyone else watched form the hill just above the beach

Chris and T was in different groups and one of them was going to pick me up at the hotel while the other dropped me off so I could change and then went just fine

I got to the beach as they ran to do something else. I found Vlatko on the hill sitting on one of the chairs on the tree deck. I looked down to see a heart and a few people running to light the candles before leaving again

"Are you nervous" He ask making me spin around

"A little" I say as I see Mary, one of the staff members walking over with Jaden and Nylah. Nylah who now can walk pretty good is holding into Jadens hand as I tell him where he can hide until Alex start to walk down. He gives me a hug as Nylah do the same not really knowing what's going on

We got Jaden on T two months ago and he has never been happier which makes both me and Alex happy

I know that the heart is done on the beach so I walk down the box burning in my pocket. I can hear. One team talking to Vlatko as he tries to keep them from the edge and not see me

Soon I see two more running in followed by another and then it was only Alex's left. The time seemed to go in slow motion as I waited until I heard Kelley yell something. A minute or two go by until I see a shadow walking down looking at their feet trying to not miss a step in the darkness

When they reach the beach they look up to see the heart and me standing inside of it. I can't see the expression on her face but I know it's Alex. I stand just as still before I motion for her to walk over

I meet her at the edge of the heart grabbing her hands leading her to the middle. "What's going on Emma" She ask but I don't answer. I just stand in front of her taking a deep breath

"Everything has an opposite. It's other half, it's other side. The dark and the light. The day and the night. The false and the true. The old and the new. A perfect pair of polar opposites. And yet one can't exist without the other. Up and down. Smile and frown. For better and for worse. A blessing and a curse. What would one be if not for the other. The future and the past. The first and the last. Body and soul. A half and a whole. So I suppose you are my opposite. My perfect half, my perfect balance. The happy to my sad. The good to my bad. The lock to my key. Always you and me." Tears is rolling down both of our cheeks as I grab the box from my pocket and slowly let go of her hands to get down on one knee. "You are my other half and I can't go a day with out knowing you want to spend the rest of your life with me. So will you, Alexandra Patricia Morgan marry me?

"Of course I will" She say as happy tears roll down. I slide the ring on before she pulls me up and into a passionate kiss pulling me impossibly close. "God I love you" She say when we pull away resting her forehead on mine

"Well I love you too" I say before we can hear screaming coming form the little hill and our teammates and kids cheering for us

No matter what happens from now. I can live the rest of my life in happiness knowing all my past memories is replaced with happy once.
