Hazel's POV:
I don't remember much after.
I remember trying to get my parachute to work, but then realising that Cornelia took it. I remember slapping her so hard she dropped it. I remember looking back up at the plane, now hundreds of miles in the air, and saying my goodbyes to everyone. I remember hitting the ground, closing my eyes, pain drowning me. I remember hearing the siren of an ambulance. I remember knowing there was nothing they could do.

I was balancing on a gun, in my wedding dress. I tried to scream, but found that my voice was gone. I looked around.
Cornelia approached me.

"Such a Hazel—ish thing to do." I heard Daisy say. "How very idiotic of her. Trying to kill herself again." I smiled at her sass.
"Yeah." Alexander said. "She survived again, though. And I won't let her out of my grasp again. How dare that witch take her! She's such a b—"
"Alright!" George said. "Alex! Why don't we go for a nice walk?"
I must be in heaven. I thought.
"No. I'm not leaving here." Alex said stubbornly.
I tried to open my eyes to see what heaven looks like. It was always a wonder to me. I couldn't.
A sharp pain attacked my forehead, making me scream.
"Hazel! Are you okay?" Alex said.
"I can't see!" I panicked. "Alex, where are you?"
"It's okay," He said. "I'm right here."
"OW!" Someone touched my cheeks.
I was able to open my eyes.
Alex, Daisy, George and Amina were there. Amina's eyes were red, George looked pale, Daisy had pink cheeks, and Alex...
Alex was looking at me, smiling.
"Hazel," He whispered. "Don't you ever do that again."
