"That's your brother, huh?"
"Yeah."
"Uchiha Itachi...He's going to be a talented one, isn't he?"
"Yeah..."
"How are you?"
"Tired."
"I can tell. You aren't getting proper sleep."
"It's fine, don't worry."
"Alright."
Kakashi handed the baby in his arms back to Nakano, watching as she carefully held him and kissed his forehead.
"You have a mission today, don't you?"
"So what if I do?"
"Nothing. I was just wondering."
"What about you?"
"I'm busy too." The two children sigh tiredly.
"Yeah, this war is taking all of our time."
"Hey, maybe if we both have time off at the same time we can do something."
"Train?"
"Yeah."
"Okay."
"Nana? I need to feed Itachi now." Her mothers sweet and soft voice interrupts them, appearing at the doorway.
"Oh. Okay."
As soon as Itachi was out of his elder sisters arms, his wails sounded in the room. Mikoto sweatdropps as Nakano practically rips the boy out of her arms and cradles him to sleep.
"He loves his Aneki."
"Of course he does, i'm amazing." Mikoto flicks her forehead with a scolding look, earning a huff of amusement from the two friends.
