"He got out?" Savitar raised his voice, "what happened?"
Joe and Iris walked in in distress.
Barry ran a hand through his hair, "Joe and I got there and he was in his cell, they monitored him, so Harry was right, but as soon as we got there, he just vanished."
"It's probably another vision he created," Iris added.
"Why is he breaking out now?" Caitlin asked, "after all these years."
"Guess we'll have to ask him," Cisco said and pulled up a map of Central City, "'cause he's at Mercury Labs right now."
"You sure it's not a vision this time?" Savitar asked.
"Since I can see him clear as day through the CCTV cameras, I'm ninety percent sure it's the real him," Cisco replied.
"Ninety?" Joe asked.
"Hey man, for someone we barely know anything about, ninety's pretty good if you ask me."
"Okay then, Savitar?" Barry asked. A gush of wind spread through the lab and Savitar appeared with his suit on, which was technically Barry's old suit.
"Ready, I'll meet you there." He sped out and Barry shook his head, smiling.
The two speedsters got to the lab where they saw Victor talking to a woman in a lab coat.
"Didn't I warn you all those years ago? You don't belong here, yet you still came."
"Your little nightmares don't scare me, Vic. I finally got a PhD and now I'm going to use it for some good."
"Honey, those weren't just nightmares, they're reality. Visions of a possible future."
The woman's eyes shrank in fear, but she smiled, "that's impossible."
"Is it? Let me make it a little bit more realistic." Before he could hit her with a ray of his powers, Savitar threw a lightning bolt at him and he fell to the ground.
"Let's finish this once and for all."
Barry took the woman out of the room and sped back within seconds.
"God of Speed? That's what they call you, right? It's nice to meet Central City's heroes. In person and officially," Victor laughed and tried to get up but Barry quickly put his hand in power-dampening cuffs.
The speedsters took Victor to the pipeline where Team Flash stood in front of the transparent glass.
"What are your powers? Your real powers?" Harry questioned curiously.
Victor smirked, "I can see your future and make you see it too."
"Stop lying," Barry stepped forward with his Flash suit, "my vision, it was from the past, an event that already happened."
Victor starred at Barry for a moment that smiled, "Bartholomew Henry Allen, is the mask really that necessary?" The team looked at each other, "to answer your question, as a speedster, you can travel back and forth in time, who's to say you won't travel back in time again in the near future? Who's to say that when you do, you accidentally kill Nora Allen yourself instead of Eobard Thawne?"
"That's enough," Savitar made the cell and its inmate disappear with his handprint.
The team looked at each other quietly, taking in what The Hybrid had said.
"We of all people know that the future isn't set in stone. This guy's powers are practically worthless, he just wants to scare you, Barry," Iris said.
