I ended up staying the night at Jay's. We didn't do anything, just talked and kissed here and there before we both got tired and went to his room. He gave me clothes to sleep in, something to wash my face and a toothbrush, and then we went to bed. It was weird waking up this morning not to Mayla and with somebody next to me in bed. I was even confused when I first opened my eyes because it was almost pitch black in the morning but when I checked the time, it was almost nine am, but I guess that was because of his blackout shades. He wasn't in bed either, but I got up anyways and brushed my teeth and washed my face. I tried to comb through my hair with my fingers, but I eventually just grabbed a hair tie that I kept in my purse and I put my hair up in a messy bun. I then grabbed my phone to text Matthew and Sirah in our group chat and I saw that they had already blown up my phone last night and earlier this morning.

I rolled my eyes at the messages as I walked out of the room and to find Jay. I smelt food and coffee in the kitchen, so I walked in there and smiled when I saw him facing the stove cooking something. I stood there for a minute just quietly admiring him thinking that I could definitely get used to this.
"Good morning." I eventually say and he turns quickly and smiles when he sees.
"Morning beautiful. I was just about to wake you." He says as I walk over to him and I smile big when he pecks my cheek lightly. "Did you sleep okay?" He then asks and I nod.
"Mmhmm. It's been a long time since I've been able to sleep in. The blackout shades didn't help either." I reply and we both chuckle.
"Is Mayla okay with you staying?" He then asks and I smile bigger.
"Apparently she didn't even notice I was gone." I answer pouting slightly and he laughs out loud.
"Glad to know she's okay then. You want some coffee?" He asks and I nod.
"Yeah, I can get it." I say walking around him to the pot. He hands me a coffee mug and shows me where the creamer and sugar is if I wanted any and then I made myself a cup. My phone then went off so I went to grab it off the counter and saw Sirah sent me a picture in the group chat and I smile big once I open it up.
