Juan

"Juan, don't come in here." Adrianna shakes her head as I enter our bathroom. She's sitting on the floor, having just thrown up. "I don't want you to see me like this."

I smile sadly, taking a seat next to her. "I'm literally gonna watch a baby come out of you. I think I can handle watching you throw up a little."

"You better not watch, watch." she says, and I chuckle. "Oh, God." she wraps her arms around the toilet, throwing up again.

I put a hand on her back and rub gently, a pathetic attempt at trying to make her feel better. Fuck, I can't believe someone caught us leaving that damn clinic.

"You done?" I ask her after a few moments of silence.

She nods, beginning to stand up, and I help her carefully. "Yeah. I think so."

"I'm gonna go get you some sparkling water or something." I kiss her cheek before heading towards the kitchen as she begins to brush her teeth.

As I'm opening a bottle of sparkling water, I hear buzzing from the kitchen island behind me. It's my phone. We must've left them out here last night. I pick up the phone, seeing that it's Elizabeth. "Hello?"

"Fucking finally!" she yells through the phone, and I grimace. "I've been trying to get ahold of you guys for hours now."

I nod, taking a quick sip of Adriannas drink. "Yeah, I know. We just saw it on TV."

"Aw, Juan." she sighs. "I'm so sorry. How is Anna?"

I shake my head, looking in the direction of our room. "Not the best...I think she broke our TV." I shrug, taking a seat on one of the stools. Maybe it's best that she don't hear this conversation.

"I can imagine. She told me she wanted to talk to you about just revealing that she was pregnant once she had the baby. She's probably so heartbroken." pobrecita mi bonita. "Should I call her?" she asks after I don't say anything.

I shake my head. "I don't think right now is the best time. I'll have her call you later, once she's calmed down a bit. She just got through throwing up." I say, standing again.

"Poor thing."

"Yeah.." I trail off, nodding. "Elizabeth?"

"Yeah?"

I sit down again, feeling stressed just at the thought of what I'm going to ask. "What do I do? Should I go on an Instagram live and address the situation?"

"I think that would be the smartest idea. Before anyone starts coming out with even more theories or anything like that. Address it and then don't speak on it again until the two of you feel comfortable with it." she says.

I nod. "Okay, thanks. I'll do that." I say. "Thanks for trying to warn us about all this. Sorry, we left our phones out in the kitchen."

"It's fine. I'll be looking out for that live. Love you guys, I'll call Adrianna later."

I stand, nodding. "Alright, we'll talk later." I hang up, hearing footsteps behind me. "Hey, bonita." I turn, smiling. "Here." I hand her the sparkling water, leading us to the couch.

"Hi." she sniffles, tears dried up on her face. "I can't believe everyone knows now." her voice breaks, and I can feel the tears coming again.

I take the bottle from her hand, putting it on the coffee table. "Hey, hey, hey." I wrap my arms around her, shaking my head. She crawls up like a little ball in my arms, making my heart melt. "It's gonna be okay, it's okay. Look at me." I use my finger on her chin to lift up her face. My heart breaks at the tears streaming down her face. "I'm gonna go on an Instagram live to address all this shit, alright? I'm gonna confirm it, and that's it. We aren't talking to any media about it, they can fuck off, and I'll make that clear, okay?"
