After a few more moments of disbelief and excitement, Juan and I walked back to the party will our hearts just absolutely full. The party went on into the early hours of the morning, and with a little help from me, Juan made it up to our hotel room safely. There was no denying he was pretty tipsy, I wasn't mad about it though. I was just happy he had a good time at his party.

"I'm sorry." Juan chuckles as I set him down onto the couch of our suite. "I may have had a few too many drinks. I was just so happy after you told me the news." he smiles.

I shake my head, taking a seat next to him. I cuddle up next to him, letting my arm rest around his shoulders, my other hand on his chest. "It's your birthday, you're allowed to get drunk and have a good time." I laugh, rubbing the back of his neck with my thumb.

"I feel like I'm floating, Bonita. I'm so happy." he leans his head back on the couch, turning to look at me.

I nod, kissing him gently. "I do too."

"Give me another one." he whines, puckering up his lips, closing his eyes.

I laugh, kissing him again. He smiles into the kiss, pulling me onto his lap so that I'm straddling him. I put my hands on either sides of is neck, deepening the kiss. Our tongues lap at each other eagerly and I can ever so slightly taste the alcohol on his lips. That's probably the closest I'll get to having a drink in a while. "I can't believe you have our baby in here." Juan smiles, putting his hands over my stomach once we've pulled apart.

"Crazy, huh?" I laugh a little, resting my forehead against his.

He nods, giving me a quick peck. "I wonder what he or she is gonna look like." he smiles.

"You're getting kind of ahead of yourself there." I laugh, throwing my head back.

He shrugs. "I know, but I still wonder."

"We have an appointment the day after we get back home." I tell him, leaning my head against his chest.

He wraps his arms around my waist. "I can't wait."

"I've cried a lot this past week and a half." I admit quietly.

He stiffens. "Why?"

"I just wish I could share the news with my Mom." I shrug, feeling my eyes burn with tears that are threatening to come out any second now.

He runs his hands up and down my back. "I know, I'm sorry, mi amor." he kisses the top of my head. "We don't really talk all that much about your mom. Tell me more about her, yeah?" he lifts my head with his hand at my chin.

"Yeah." I smile, nodding. I wipe at the corners of my eyes quickly. "Well, I know she would be super excited for this baby. She always bugged Oscar and I about when we were going to give her grand kids." I laugh, rolling my eyes. "Jason and I had been dating for a...reasonable amount of time I guess, she wanted us to get going on that." I shrug, and he nods, smiling. "Oscar and his girlfriend had definitely been dating for a while, she was waiting for it to happen for one of us eventually."

He continues running his hands up and down my back as he listens. "You didn't want kids yet?"

"God no." I laugh, shaking my head. "I wasn't ready at all. Oscar might have done it, he really loved his girlfriend. It never happened though." I shrug. "But I'm sure she would be over the moon about me being pregnant." I smile, nodding my head.

He smiles. "I'm sure she would be. I'm sure she is." he nods. "She's probably looking down at us, super happy."

"Yeah." I laugh lightly.
