Juan

I give Adrianna one final goodbye before making my way back to the party that is probably still going hard. I cant believe tomorrow is finally the day. Our day. I can finally call her my wife after tomorrow and I've never been more excited for anything in my life. "Hermanito." Manuela smiles as I approach her and my parents table.

"Hey." I smile taking a seat next to her.

She gives me a weird look. "Why are you wet?" I look down at my outfit that's still slightly wet and smirk, remembering what an amazing time we had in the water.

"Just went for a swim with Adrianna before I dropped her off at her room." I say, trying to keep a straight face.

She shakes her head. "I don't even want to know." I chuckle, nodding. "Como te sientes?" she asks after a few moments.

"Nervioso." I respond truthfully. "I kinda freaked myself out with the idea that maybe she would realize I'm not good enough for her." she opens her mouth to say something but I shake my head. "I know, I know. I talked to her about it just now and she made me feel a lot better about it. I'm fine now." I was happy that I had talked to Adrianna about my fear of her changing her mind about tomorrow, because now that she reassured me that's never happening, I feel a million times better.

"She loves you, she's not gonna bail on you tomorrow." she shakes her head.

"I know. It was still a fear of mine though." I shrug.

We talk about it for a few more minutes before Manuela changes topics. "¿Dónde está Daniella? Esperaba verla aquí hoy. Ella viene a la boda, ¿no?" (Where's Daniella? I was expecting to see her here tonight. She is coming to the wedding, isn't she?)

I nod. "Estará aquí mañana." (She'll be here tomorrow.) Daniella and I started talking again when the news of Adrianna and I's engagement broke, which was almost immediately. She called to congratulate us a few days after, and we've been talking again ever since. I missed her a ton, and was happy that we were able to talk again. When we got back to Colombia, she came over and we had a pretty lengthy conversation on our friendship. She says all those months apart did her a lot of good and she could now confidently say she was over me. Adrianna and I both believed her, so we invited her to the wedding on the spot. She got a late flight so she was landing in a few hours, which is why she couldn't be at our party tonight.

"Hey." Joel smiles, bumping into me as he takes a seat next to me.

Manuela smiles, standing to go talk to someone else, leaving us to talk. "Hey." I say, shaking his hand firmly. "What's up?"

"Where's my sister?" he asks.

"I dropped her off at her suite a little bit ago. Why?"

He shrugs. "Just wondering." he looks me up and down. "Why are you wet?"

I shake my head, smiling. "You don't want to know."

"Ew." he says, scrunching up his nose. "Anyway, I just came to wish you luck tomorrow. I'm going to bed.

"Thanks."

He clears his throat, fixing his posture. "I'm happy it's you that Adrianna is marrying." he smiles. "I seriously cant picture her with anybody in the world but you."
