Shapeshisfter sat near a big pile of fruits and berries, casually eating a mango while the bigger NightWing came near with a confused look on his snout.

<< What problem? I thought our soldiers were doing a good job. >>
<< They are, but looks like some RainWings aren't so lazy and stupid as we thought, a few of them found the tunnel and almost discovered our prisoners. Of course it was easy to avoid the problem, but looks like it could be easier to trick them into letting us take over their kingdom with just a few words and promises, since they were so stupid to fall for our excuses. >>

Explained Shapeshisfter, Morrowseer wasn't that happy to hear that his guards couldn't avoid some random RainWing and that their secret  was almost discovered, that could've ruined their plan to take over the Rainforest Kingdom.

<< We can't allow the RainWings to discover our plan, any dragon that's in danger and knows it will fight back, even those lazy lizards... >>
<< Again, I doubt they're smart enough to find out the truth, looks at what they gave us when we said that we were only tourists. >>

Said Shapeshifter offering Morrowseer a piece of the mango he was eating.
The bigger NightWing rolled his eyes but took the fruit, staffing it in his mouth and swallowing it without chewing out of anger at the calm of the other dragon, it was unnerving.
"How can Shapeshisfter be so laid-back when there's the risk to be caught in the act?"

<< You shouldn't be so calm. >>
<< Well, we're NightWings, we're better, stronger and wiser than some brightly-colored pacifist, I don't get why we should worry that much. >>
<< Because you still have to be careful to win, don't act like some puny "want-to-be-dragon-dictator" trying to conquer an entire continent and getting defeated exactly because they underestimated their enemies. Being superior doesn't mean that you have to act like an idiot. >>

Fighting the urge to slap the other dragon for his foolishness, Morrowseer eat a few more fruits to calm down his nerves, they were sweet and jucy like a fresh drink, enough to make him feel slightly calmer and if Shapeshisfter was eating those as well and was still lucid and alive, the NightWing didn't even had to waste time checking if the fruits were poisoned.
"He's not that wrong, why should I worry? Those RainWings didn't attack a single intruder in their territory and we never observed one using weapons or training as a spldier. They'd never hurt a fly and this will be their doom."
While thinking about the future victory, he noticed the smile on Shapeshisfter snout, a grin that looked like the one of a dragonet saying: "Ah! You fell for it!" after tricking a friend.
Morrowseer didn't like that.

Asked Shapeshisfter while his body changed before his eyes, like a dragoness taking off a vest, the "mask" of Shapeshisfter came off to reveal a RainWing with a strange-looking snout.

Roared Morrowseer, more than ready to burn to death the dragon that dared to trick him and Queen Battlewinner and to insult the NightWings' reputation with the mere act of acting like one.
