The Dragonets of Destiny sat outside the throne room, waiting patiently for Scarlet to invite them in.
They were having fun in the Wingery and Pyrite and Eagle were a good company, but when duty called, none of them hesitated to leave the younger dragonets and their protests, eager to start their mission and, hopefully, end that war as soon as possible to lift the weight off their shoulders and go back to their families.

Sunny and Tsunami turned to him with the same expressions, Starflight simply shook his head, but he couldn't deny finding the situation equally entertaining.

Starflight quickly covered Sunny with a wing, gently reminding her to behave in a less energetic way in front of the royals and leaving her to line up with the others and bow before Scarlet, Burn and two unexpected guests: Queen Moorhen and Chameleon in his Soar's mask.

The MudWing queen gave them a respectful nod, leaving them gaping in pure surprise as they saw just how big adult MudWings could be.
In those days they had thought Morrowseer was the biggest dragon they could ever see, yet the dragoness in front of them looked just as big, maybe even more, at least enough to make them wonder how she could move around in Scarlet's palace and feel intimidated by her presence, even is she gave away friendly and gentle vibes.

Said Starflight shooting at his friends a quick look, silently asking if they were fine with him speaking first, they nodded.

Burn suppressed the hissing sounds begging to escape her throat and express her annoyance in front of the five dragonets pretending to hold her future in their paws, she showed her fangs in a gentle smile instead.
