Promise Me (Levi x Reader)

The Attack on Marley

"Everyone get ready!" Levi shouted at the top of his lungs as everyone began to scramble. You quickly jumped up, your squad following suit. You ran over to one of the doors in the aircraft, and pulled at it with all your strength to open it. "Holy shit." Your mouth dropped as you stared below you.

All you saw was chaos, wreckage. You couldn't pull yourself out of it as you stared at the ruins of Marley. You began to see the similarities between the scene you were looking at and the scene that played out before you years ago. "Y/N..." Nico stood next to you, pointing at a certain area in the city.

Your eyes traveled to where his finger laid, feeling your heart drop as you stared straight at Eren... but in titan form. "He did this..." You looked back down at the dozens of bodies that laid in the rubble. "Those are children." Rose clutched her shirt as she looked down.

"Stay focused on the mission." You tried to get the bodies out of your mind and focus on Eren. You could see him with another titan. "What the fuck is that?" Nico pointed to the tall titan that was silver with a slim body. "The only titan we haven't encountered... the War Hammer." You started checking your gear to make sure everything was secure.

"Remember the plan! Help Eren!" Hange shouted and everyone began jumping from the ship. "Good luck guys." You turned to your squad as they loaded their thunder spears. "Thanks, you too." Westley and the others gave you a smile before you jumped out of the ship.

You looked for a building to grapple to, and soon found one to your right. You quickly flew over there, planting your feet on the side of the brick building and looking around. "Y/N!" You heard Levi shout, calling you over to where he and the other scouts were.

You quickly headed over there, landing right in front of Levi, who was leading the crowd. "Let Eren handle it for now and we'll join when the time is right." You nodded your head and kept your eyes on Eren. The War Hammer had caught him in the crystalized substance, holding Eren in the air. You watched as Eren pulled himself out of the titan body. "The War Hammer doesn't have any strength left." You whispered to Levi and he nodded his head.

Eren quickly generated another titan form, jumping and landing behind the War Hammer. Eren moved quickly to tear the nape off the titan, pulling out an object from inside. "Is the person..." Eren pulled out what looked like a large crystal, like Annie was in. When you looked closer you could see a person inside.

You were too focused on Eren and the other titan, to see a smaller, titan appear. Before you could clearly see it, it jumped on Eren's back, catching Eren's surprise. The Jaw Titan. "What the..." You quickly got in position as Levi stood up straight. "Don't die on me, survive!" Levi pointed forward and everyone took off.

You moved quickly, pushing off the rubble you were standing on and using your ODM gear to fling you across the sky. Everyone rose above the remaining buildings, your sights on Eren and the Jaw Titan that appeared.

As soon as you all got close, the other titan turned it's attention from Eren to the group of scouts. He stayed focused on you guys as you closed in. The scouts behind you pulled back their arms, getting ready to direct their thunder spears. You moved down lower to be behind Levi.

He was almost eye level with the titan. The thunder spears flew through the air, striking the Jaw Titan in the body. You flew over the titan, positioning yourself right above it's nape just in case. Eren quickly turned around as the titan flew off of his back. He grabbed the Jaw Titan and slammed it to the ground as he still held onto the crystalized woman.

You watched in horror as Eren began tearing off the limbs of the Jaw Titan, flowing the severed arms and legs around the area. "What the hell happened to Eren." Rose landed beside you, here eyes wide open as she watched the titan being ripped apart. "I don't know, just..." You lose your words as you watched Eren pick up the Jaw Titan, Holding it by it's head and placing the War Hammer in his mouth.

You gasped as Eren pushed down the Jaw Titan's mouth, breaking into the crystal. You felt your stomach churned as the crystal broke, sending blood pouring down, Eren positioning himself below the fountain of blood. "Rose. Get back in position." You pointed back to the squad and Rose immediately rejoined them. You flew over Eren's titan as he got ready to finish off the Jaw Titan. You landed on a roof with some of the other scouts, including Jean and Connie.

"Where's Levi-" You were cut off by a bright, flashing light. Your eyes widened, realizing what was happening. You turned to see that the Armored Titan had appeared behind Eren. You were too focused on the armored titan, to realize the cart titan had taken position. "Lieutenant Y/N!" Jean shouted at you, pulling you to the side as he flew away from the building. You snapped back to reality, seeing bullets fly through the sky, one grazing your leg.

You and Jean tumbled onto a rooftop. You quickly stood up, offering a hand to Jean. "Thanks Jean." You looked to the cart titan, who no longer had the wooden barrels it had the last time you saw it. It was no replaced with machine guns. "How the fuck." You looked around, spotting Levi down below, hiding himself by a building, keeping his eyes open.

"Eren and the other scouts can handle the Armored Titan." Jean motioned to your squad, who was focused on the Armored Titan. "We need to focus on the cart titan." You nodded your head and quickly got ready to engage.

You could feel shaking, before another bright light, shaking your body. You looked to the left, where the light began to dim down. Armin.

You watched as the Colossal titan appeared over the city, right where the port was. You turned your attention to the large titan that was walking in the darkness. "The Beat Titan." You looked at the hairy creation as he strutted in the ruins. You looked over at Levi, who had focused on the tian as well. "Levi's got him. Come on." You looked at Jean and nodded his head.

Can we really survive this?
