A New Life

The time you had joined Levi, Hange and the others to scout out Marley, was one of the happiest times.

Leaving Eden at home was on your mind as you sailed the boat, but once you saw the tall buildings and the large port, you soon no longer worried about Eden. Plus, he was in the hands of Westley. Thankfully, Nico and Rose had tagged along, not without a little persuasion from your end.

The city was a lot different than Marley, and any time you think back to it, it is a bittersweet feeling. The situation you're in now, is far different than back then. Maybe things could have been different. Maybe you wouldn't be sitting on this boat, next to an injured Levi.

What caused you the most pain was having to return to Eden. Just leaving Paradis for a couple days to visit Marley was a lot for you to handle. This time you had been separated for a while. Even though he was in good hands, the worry was still in the back of your mind.

Having to return to him, Levi barely ale to walk and only having one eye, may be too much for Eden to handle. The one thing keeping you level-headed was the idea of your life after all this. Once Paradis is at peace, you can be. A life with Eden and Levi, one without worry of what is outside the wall or across the sea.

That life seemed so far away and intangible.

Since the last episode of Attack on Titan Season 4 part 2 came out today, this means that this story is put on hiatus until part 3 comes out. I am so sad that I have to put this on pause yet again, because I love writing this story! In the meantime I will be writing an AOT oneshots, so feel free to check it out! I already have one story published and please feel free to comment and request any characters or scenarios. They don't have to be just be from events in the AOT universe!
