TW: fighting and blood
---
Peter sat by Belle's side once she had settled. Everynow and then she would look over with an expression void of any emotion and just stare. It was unsettling and I could tell Bucky was on the verge of a panic attack himself. His grip on the kitchen counter was so tight the marble would crack any second.
"I'll keep an eye on her. You go talk to Bucky." Wade whispered. I nodded and walked over to Bucky. His body language was screaming at me to stay away yet his eyes told another story.
"What was that?" I asked carefully, watching as Bucky's jaw twitched.
"I don't really know. They don't happen often. Whenever things get too much she goes into sensory overload. There have been worse ones in the past, but even the small ones are exhausting for her."
"That's....awful." I placed my hand on his shoulder to provide what little comfort I could.
Bucky's head suddenly jerked up as a tiny giggle bounced around the room. Peter had connected his phone to the headphones and was playing some sort of compilation video. I'm pretty sure they are called vines, he forced me to watch some a while back to get me up to speed.
Peter looked back at us and gave a thumbs up. All the tension left Bucky's shoulders melted away and he allowed himself the smallest laugh.
"Terribly sorry to interrupt this sweet moment but Peter is that supposed to be flashing red." Wade pointed to the Comms on the kitchen counter which were, as it would happen, flashing red. Peter scrambled over turning them on. The room was filled with siren-like alarms; a warning of incoming danger.
"Karen what's happening?"
Incoming avengers. Your father is at the door Peter. I would suggest you don't answer it.
"You don't say." Wade said sarcastically. Belle was none the wiser, still giggling to herself on the couch.
A knock on the door commanded silence, no one moved in fear of alerting Tony to our presence. We needn't have bothered as a second later the door knob was on the floor and Tony sauntered into the apartment. He didn't have his suit on but that didn't lessen his threatening aura.
"What the fuck man, you better pay me for that." Wade exclaimed giving Bucky enough time to get Belle out of the firing line. She ducked behind the kitchen island, trembling in confusion.
"You two are in deep shit and you," Tony spun round to glare at me. "You are lucky there isn't a warrant for your arrest."
"I wouldn't care if there was." I snapped back, stepping Infront of Bucky. Peter and Wade followed my lead, forming a wall of super soldiers Tony would have a hard time to break through.
Tony stepped forward and raised his hand to tap his chest plate, but Peter was quicker. He webbed both hands together, creating makeshift handcuffs. The guilt on his face was heartbreaking but he made no move to untie his father.
"I'm sorry Dad, but I can't let you take them."
"Pete you don't know what you're doing. Bucky is a criminal, he needs to be locked up. If you hide him any longer I will have to arrest you too."
"Do it then. Arrest me, see how the public will react when their precious Spiderman goes missing."
Wade stared at Peter in a mixture of shock and pride. Tony however looked ready to explode, face red with fury.
"This isn't up for discussion. Hand them over now."
"Stark we aren't going to do a thing you say. You might as well leave."
