Jimin shuffled over to the kitchen counter to pick up his phone, which was vibrating with each ring.

"Hello?"

"Jimin! How lovely to speak to you." It was Bang Si-Hyuk. "I have a message for you. From your mother." He sounded very flustered. "It should be at your dorm in a few minutes. You don't have to ask permission to leave. Just make sure that you're polite. Good day!" The CEO hung up.

What the fuck? Permission to leave? Be polite? The hell was that supposed to mean?!

Jimin scratched his head, and before he could even begin to process the phone call, a loud knock resonated through the dorm. He padded across the kitchen towards the door, before opening it. There was nobody there. Glancing up and down the corridor to make sure that there really wasn't, he was about to leave when he noticed a sealed, embossed envelope on the floor.

This must be the message from Mom.

He opened the envelope from his mother an began to read.

Dear Jimin,

I hope this letter finds you well.

As you already know, you will soon be getting married to Miss Yoo. I'm aware that you two don't like each other much, but this is the best way to help the companies grow. I didn't want to put either of you in this situation, but this is where we've ended up, and I suggest that you both make the most out of it.

The two companies continued the meeting after the pair of you stormed out (see? One thing you have in common; fragile temperaments!), and we've formulated a plan/schedule:

Week 1; go out for a bit, get to know each other, try to hash out old disagreements.

Week 2/3/4/5: move in together. I know this is a bit fast, but you two need to be able to function in the same room together (which you didn't do at the meeting), so the sooner the better (at least in the long run). You're welcome to bring a friend each.

Week 6; your friends will move out and back to their own dorms.

Miss Yoo's family and I will continue to discuss more details in the coming weeks. If you have any major concerns, don't hesitate to call me.

Now, go pick up Miss Yoo and get to know her better. And be polite. Or, at least try.

I love you,

Mom, xoxo

P:S: you two will need to come up with some rules for living together, or something will go wrong. I just know it. Maybe you can work on it on your date today?

Jimin resisted the urge to screw up the letter and tear it to shreds. This was so unfair! Why should he have to marry someone against his will? They were both too young, not to mention far too narrow-minded. If they moved in together, shit would hit the fan before the first night was over.

He slammed the paper down on the counter, cursing loudly.

"What on earth are you doing, Jimin?"

He turned his head, only to make eye contact with his eldest hyung, Jin. Tae emerged from his room, smirking widely.

"Yeah, what'd that piece of paper ever do to you?"

Jimin let out a cry of frustration before flopping down on a kitchen stool and slumping over the counter. Taehyung walked over to pick up the letter, scanning it quickly before passing it to Jin. The elder's jaw dropped.

"Yah, Jimin, why didn't you tell us?!"

Jimin shrugged, unable to come up with a reasonable response. "I'm sorry, hyung, I didn't really know how to." He hung his head. "The only person who already knew was Tae."

Grimacing, Jin continued to read the letter. "You have to go, Jiminie. You don't really have a choice at this point."

Jimin raised his head off the counter to give the man a scathing look. "I know that, Jin-hyung. But it doesn't mean I'm willing to do it. Besides, the girl doesn't want to get married to me either. And not just because she's too young, but because she hates my guts! Jihyo called me late last night and told me that the thought of being married to me made Jeongyeon physically sick."

Jin raised an eyebrow. "So that's who Dahyun was panicking about when she called me yesterday evening..."

"Who?" Tae asked. "Are you dating someone, hyung?"

"Ew no, what the fuck, Tae. Dahyun is my little sister." Jin wrinkled his nose in disgust.

"But I thought your little sister was Jisoo?" Questioned Jimin.

Jin sighed. "People can have multiple siblings, genius. You even have three younger sisters, Jimin. Dahyun is a few years younger than Jisoo, who is a few years younger than me."

Rolling his eyes, Jimin snatched the letter back from Jin who looked at him blackly. "But what do I do? I can't just walk into JYP and say, 'hey, can I kidnap one of your most talented idols real quick?' No, I fucking can't."

Taehyung grinned cheekily. "That's where you're wrong, my friend. And guess what?"

"What?" Spat the other, fed-up with Taehyung's shenanigans.

"You're leaving now."

Half an hour later, Jimin was walking through the hallways of JYP sweating profusely as he mumbled incoherent threats to Taehyung who, luckily, was not present.

He groaned, looking down at the piece of paper in his hands.

Level 5, Room 2, Building 3, Block C

He then glanced at the room in front of him. It had a small plaque next to it, with the number two printed on it in a metallic, gold paint. He could here soft shrieks and laughter coming from within meaning that maybe, fingers crossed, he'd found the right dorm. Double checking the directions, Jimin gulped, before gathering all of his courage and knocking on the door.

Silence fell on the other side.

After a few moments, the door handle turned to reveal a blonde girl just as big as he was, possibly even taller, still in her pajamas. There were at least ten other girls in the main sitting area behind her. He swallowed and cleared his throat.

"Is Yoo Jeongyeon here?"

"Yes. Why?" The blonde folded her arms and shifted her weight, looking at him suspiciously. He noticed Jeongyeon and his sister's jaws drop in recognition. Turning his attention back to blonde, he stated his business as confidently as he could.

"I'm supposed to be taking her on a date."
