Comirea asked for a Wilbur Soot inspired quirk, so here is is, granted it's basically going to be a mix of c!Wilbur, Ghostbur and origin Wilbur but there will also be some other features for actual Wilbur Soot, probably something about music.
Name: Phantoms Song
Type: Transformation/Emitter
Description: The user is basically a ghost with some extra abilities. The user has the ability to float, phase through solid matter, turn invisible, feel and change negative energy and can use music to hypnotize people.
Strength(s):
-Is practically invincible when in complete invisible mode.
-Has an odd ability to remove negative energy from people through something that the user calls 'blue'.
-Hypnotizes people through the power of song, doesn't matter what's being played or what the users singing, it just happens.
Weakness(es):
-Gets hungry over time.
-Sunlight can burn the user, to combat that they would have to use their invisible mode often, but that would then cause them to become hungry over a period of time.
-Water also burns the user so going out in the rain or going in any large body of water is a no go.
-Tends to forget bad memories over time.
-Using music during battle can be quite difficult if the user were to use an instrument, granted they could sing but just because their quirk has something to do with music, doesn't mean that there voice is going to sound good, they might just end up embarrassing themself.
I've found that i'm becoming a lot more uncreative recently but i think this is just funny vvvvvvv
Special Move: Seduce; Can seduce people with music, making them do practically anything under the users control(Even though that the basis of the "hypnotize" people kinda thing). Though it works fairly well to people it surprisingly works a lot better to fish, more importantly salmon, so it's best not to use this move next to any big body of water where possible fish may be lurking, otherwise the user's gonna have a lot of explaining to do when there's just a school of fish flopping towards them.
