Name: Bubbles
Type: Emitter
Description: The user can control and manipulate bubbles. These bubbles are very durable to the point where poking with a needle or shooting it wouldn't even work. The user can encase themself, others or objects in a bubble to make them float and then control them to move where ever, this can be useful in a rescue mission or if you just want to get the heck out of somewhere.
Strength(s):
-The bubbles are very useful when it comes to capturing opponents as it's almost impossible to break free from the inside of a bubble.
-Only the user can pop the bubble, this is either through them poking the bubble to pop, snapping their figures for it to pop or commanding the bubble to pop (which sounds kind of weird and probably would look really weird).
-Bullets and sharp objects will just bounce right off and not effect the bubble at all, protecting whatever or whoever is inside the bubble.
Weakness(es):
-Theirs two ways an opponent can escape from a bubble, the first way is by either compressing or expanding the bubble until it pops, this can be done by someone with a compressing quirk, air quirk, water quirk, getting squished in between two things etc. The second way is if an opponent has a quirk that includes destroying, so Shigaraki would be able to pop the bubble and Overhaul would also be able to get rid of the bubble.
-If overused the user will begin to get a runny nose, this isn't that bad of a weakness and the user is more likely to continue, but over over using it (yes 'over over' that's not a mistake) will then cause the user to get nose bleeds which would then cause the user to get a headache and possible blood loss if the user continues to ignore their bodies warnings.
Special Move: Double Bubble: This means that the user can create a bubble inside of a bubble. This is very useful as the bubble would become 2 times more durable than one bubble, this would then exclude the weakness of being able to pop due to being compressed or expanded. However doing this can cause the user to have an increase in the time it takes to get a runny nose, to nose bleed, to blood loss.
