I quickly got in the shower, then dried my hair and straightened it, and picked out my clothes. I put on some light blue high waisted shorts and a black crop top that says WEIRD, and some black vans. It is now noon. I was applying my usual makeup, simple eyeliner and mascara when my phone buzzed.

She said something else but I didn't bother to look. I heard jacks car pull up in the drive way and I rushed to the door trying to make it out before....... the door bell rang. Shit.
"So you are?" I heard my dad say as I walked down the stairs into the living room.
"I'm jack, sir here to pick up Jerilyn." I heard jack say as I approached the door.
"Sir, I like that. Here she is take good care of her. And be back before 10." He joked.
"No problem sir. Jerilyn you ready?" he really impressed me by how polite he was.
"Yeah, I'm ready. Bye everybody." I said.
"Sorry about my dad." I said after we were out of the house.
"It's fine. I'm good with parents." he said which made me laugh. I love how all these guys are so cocky.
"So, where are we going?" I asked.
"Now that will remain a secret."
"Should I be nervous?"
"Yes, very." he spoke with a strait face then busted out laughing so I did too.
"So you know how you said you were in love with magcon?" He questioned.
"Yeah." I said worried.
"Well which one of us was it exactly that you liked." oh snap.
"We'll actually I was in love with you." I spoke nervously. I could tell he was gonna say something but he was interrupted when his phone rang. Thank the Lord Jesus. He made a confused face before answering.
"Joey?" He said.
"Shawn did what?"
"Really, Shawn's such an idiot."
"I'm busy."
"Fine, I'll be there in a minute."
"Jerilyn we have to go back to my house that was Joey, Shawn broke a lamp." He said after he hung up.

We had a conversation and thankfully not about me loving him the whole way there. We pulled up to his house were Shawn and Joey are staying. And Shawn was waiting outside the door nervously.
"Thank God you are here. Oh hi Jerilyn." he said and I waved to him as we walked inside.
"So where is it?" Jack said and shawn pointed down the stairs leading to the basement and they went down. I see Joey standing there and I said.
"So how did shawn break the lamp?"
"We'll we were kinda um.....making out on the couch downstairs and shawn tipped it over."
"Oh...." I replied awkwardly.
"Yeah" she said and started laughing.
"So, you and gilinsky. huh." she continued, wiggling her eye brows.
"Oh no we're just friends."
"Really caus he hasn't stopped talking about you since last night."
"Really?"
"Yeah."
We talked and exchanged numbers until the boys came back up and she's actually pretty interesting.
"You get it all cleaned up, babe?" Joey said to shawn.
"Yeah again really sorry jack and were your guest we shouldn't have been fooling around." shawn said with a worried look.
"Guys your fine mom hated that lamp anyways. Ah so shawn how exactly did you break it." he said. Shawn and Joey exchanged worried looks and I gave jack one too. "Oh is there something I don't wanna know about going on here." he questioned awkwardly.
"We'll we... kinda... sorta... made out." Shawn said awkwardly.
"Oh thank God I thought you got frisky on my moms couch." jack said and we all laughed and shawn and Joey both blushed. "Well we've gotta get going see ya shawn." he said and we all hugged goodbye. "Be sure not to break anymore of my moms furniture." jack added and we got back in his jeep.

After a good 30 minutes of driving we got close to the spot. And I saw a NO TRESPASSING sign which worried me but I knew jack had it under control. He parked the car and he said "This is were we start walking."
"Ok."
After minutes of walking along some railroad tracks we got to a beautiful spot and after an hour of eating the meal he had in the cooler on the picnic table there and enjoying each other's company a cop car pulls up. Damn it. Jack grabbed my hand and we started running as fast as we could. After a few minutes of running we turned into a field and sat on the ground caus we were exhausted. Once I caught my breath I said.
"I can't believe we just did that."
"That's the thing you'll have to get used to if your hanging around Jack Gilinsky." He started to lean in so I did too and his soft smooth lips crashed into mine. My hand found his hair and I deepened the kiss. He licked my bottom lip asking for entrance which I allowed. It was the best kiss I've ever had definitely.
