Alex opened her eyes slowly as she laid on her tummy on the bed her head sunk in the soft pillow
She blinked a few times not moving, she took her phone on the bedside table turning it on in the process
The screen read 08:07 with a few WhatsApp notifications
She unlocked the phone and tapped WhatsApp
There were a few messages from four chats

- Hope you arrived safely little noodle
- I'll come through to check on you when you've settled in
- I arrived safely
- Okay okay, I'm not looking forward to your annoying butt
She exited the chat and opened her father's
Papa💖
I'm home
She exited the chat and tapped another
Queen👑
I miss you already honey
I miss you too Mah
She exited and opened a recent chat from Louis

Hey, hope you arrived safely ...wanna meet up in the afternoon? If you're game
Hey, yeah I did ...yeah I'm down for it
She put her phone on the nightstand lazily
Today was Sunday, the day she goes to church but she didn't know the place there very well
Meeting up with Louis would do her good
I guess I'll go next week
She got up and sat on the bed before stretching her arms in the air
She got out of bed and walked to the bathroom
It was spacious with a translucent glass room at the left corner and a toilet at the far end to the left and a huge silver bathtub to the right
She walked a few steps and stood next to a white sink with a big mirror above it
She opened part of the mirror checking inside and found her toiletries, she figured Fiona put them there
Taking her toothbrush and applying toothpaste on it she closed the mirror and brushed her teeth looking at her reflection
She rinsed her mouth and washed toothbrush before putting it back where she took it
She walked to the toilet and slid her PJs and underwear down before sitting on the toilet and peed
Her eyes wandered around as she did her business
The walls were dark grey and the floor consisted of black tiles
"Fiona really has a thing for dark colors" she muttered
She wiped herself with the tissue near her before standing up and sliding her clothes back on
She washed her hands on the sink and walked out of the bathroom not stopping she continued until she exited her room
A little sunlight illuminated through the black curtains
Alex walked to the curtains and slid them to the sides letting the light in before walking to the kitchen
Looking for the Irish she brought she found them in one of the cupboards
