As much as Alex had tried to stall time she knew it wasn't going to get her anywhere and nothing was going to change
She would still face Tyler at the end of the day, it hurt
It hurt her to think that he had confessed his feelings and went ahead to find himself another girl during the holiday
She sighed
Alex had arrived at College Nowels Building at 6pm but she stayed in her car, she wasn't ready to face him
"Are you still there?" She asked as she leaned on the steering wheel
"You're probably overthinking Alex" his voice resonated through the car
"How sure are you"
"Tyler's my friend too little noodle"
Alex rolled her eyes as she shook her head
"Did you see the pictures I sent you? Couple goals" she sarcastically said
Angelo chuckled, he was sure enjoying his sister's reaction. She sure didn't know much about Tyler for a girl that like him
"Just talk to him"
"Okay"
She sat up and looked at the elevator
"Did you talked to Fiona?"
There was silence, how could he tell his sister that he hadn't met her after that morning
She was out of reach it confused him, he tried recalling what he did wrong but nothing came to his mind
"She's been out of reach" Angelo sighed
"What do you mean?" Alex frowned, she had met Fiona a couple of times during the holiday
"Her phone isn't working, from what it seems I think she blocked me" Angelo chuckled
"That's unbelievable, her phone is working just fine she-"
"I thought we had something there for a second, she just gave me more reasons why this commitment thing isn't my thing" Angelo sighed
"Did something happen!" Alex worriedly asked
"Nothing"
"Let me talk to her" Alex suggested
Angelo went silent, he thought whether it was worth it. She had went MIA without any reason, he tried reaching her through every means possible but he was either ignored or blocked
Was that how she treated somebody she liked? He didn't deserve any of the treatment he was getting from her
"Okay" he agreed
After Fiona's ignoring stunts, he was still willing to make them work, he wasn't giving up on her yet
"I'll tell you okay?" Alex said
"Mmm ...go and face yours let me worry about mine"
"Okay" she smiled "wish me luck"
"I love you little noodle"
"I love you Angel" Alex said before cutting the call
She picked her phone to check the time, 18:47 it read
No matter how much time was going to pass she was still going to meet Tyler, finally after gathering her courage she exited her car
Her heart race at every step she took, she got in the elevator and tapped the last floor, a few people entered and left while she waited for her turn
