"This was really good" Alex said as they finished their meal
They had been there for an hour, first thing they did was order food which came a few minutes later and wasted no time consuming it while making small talk
"I can order a take away" Tyler said
"Please do" Alex said too quickly making Tyler chuckle
"You love chicken that much"
Alex nodded pursing her lips together in a smile
Tyler gave her a dimpled smile as he focused his gaze on her
He couldn't take his eyes of her beautiful smile, her lips had been beckoning him for a while now. The desire to press his lips on hers had been building up and was getting worse and worse by the minute
He didn't hate the fact that it was getting worse, more than ever Tyler wanted to embrace the feeling
It came as a surprise to him because he was actually sitting there and controlling himself quite well
"What" Alex shyly said looking at her empty plate then back at him again
Tyler slightly shook his head
"So what do people talk about on dates like these" She asked
"I should really take you out more" Tyler shook his head
"Hey don't look disappointed, it's not my fault the men in my family are strict"
"I should thank them for that though" Tyler said "If they weren't strict then I wouldn't have been your first date"
"Who said you're my first?" Chuckled
"It's obvious isn't it?" Tyler said cockily
"My first date was Angelo" Alex said
Tyler let out a deep chuckle at her sentence
"That doesn't count baby, admit it I'm your first date"
"No it does" Alex said narrowing her eyes
"Angelo is your brother, which makes that first name on the list null and void" he smirked
"I guess you're right, Can I at least wipe that annoying smirk off your face?"
"You can" he eyed her "...with your lips" he finished
"Ah" Alex let out a shy chuckle "Go away Tyler"
Tyler gave her a smile showing his white pearly teeth
"This is nice, I'd really love to come here again their chicken is very tasty" Alex complimented
"I can take you here as many times as you want" he said
The lady that was attending to them appeared, she gathered the dirty plates into a tray
While she was at it, Alex took out her lip gloss from her bag and applied some on her lips retouching her makeup
Her actions didn't go unnoticed by Tyler
He swallowed a lump in his throat as he watched her every move
Alex pursed her lips continuously for a few seconds causing Tyler to look away biting his lip, he shrugged his suit jacket off of him and took off his tie before he unbuttoned two buttons of his shirt
"Are you okay?" Alex asked as she put the lip gloss back
The waitress looked at the couple
"Should I bring the dessert menu" She asked
