"Dobby knows the perfect place, sir! Dobby heard tell of it from the other house-elves when he came to Hogwarts, sir. It is known by us as the Come and Go Room, sir, or else as the Room of Requirement!"-Dobby

...

November was full of dirty looks from most students around Hogwarts. It was now December, and things hadn't really changed.

"Slytherin." Sneered a Ravenclaw who was walking past.

"Git." Airana mutters, glaring as the 3rd year left.

"Don't." Sighed Scorpius.

Most days were spent in classes, doing homework in the library, talking, and teasing among us three. Airana, James, and the teachers were the only people that weren't in Slytherin that talked to me. Everyone else shot glowers in my direction.

In all honesty, I found that I didn't really care.

Okay, I'll admit it- it is a bit depressing after a while.. But the people who matter to me are talking to me, so everything was fine.

Merlin, you're getting optimistic, I think to myself.

I was walking around the halls and corridors of Hogwarts, just exploring and wandering around. It was a Saturday afternoon, and we didn't have any classes that day. Last Saturday we only had Defense Against the Dark Arts because students were falling behind on their work because of the massive outbreak of colds spreading around the castle. (We also had Herbology last Saturday, because the weather had been decent.. good weather that we hadn't had in weeks) This Saturday though, was nothing special. Scorpius and Airana were in the library, Airana helping Scorpius with his Charms essay.

And let's just say that I didn't want to write an essay at that moment.

Climbing up large staircases, I eventually reached the 7th floor, in which I looked around curiously. I don't think I have been here before.. I walk around, opening doors to find the rooms empty.

I also found a broom closet, which I slammed quickly. I then turn left to find another corridor.

And all of a sudden...

James appears.

"James?!" I stare in bewilderment. "What're you doing here?"

"I could ask you the same question, little brother." He responded, walking over with his broomstick on his shoulder.

"I asked first!"

"Alright alright, calm down." James rolled his eyes. "I was just in the Room of Require- hang on... you don't know what I'm talking about, do you?"

"I would, if you told me!" I say angrily, but puzzled.

"Okay then- come on, I'll show you." He says, and I follow him eagerly.

"Here we are!" He stands in front of a brick wall.

"Are you joking-?" I ask him.

"Nope. Watch."

James then begins to walk in front of the brick wall with his eyes shut tightly. I stare at him, amused. He looked quite ridiculous, if I do say so myself.

"What're you-"

But before I can finish my sentence, a door pops out of nowhere.

"Wha- Woah.." I breathe, shocked.

"See?" James smirked.

We entered, me all the while looking about, mouth hanging open. "What is this place?"
