Chapter 11

"Gen? Are you alright?" Louis asked, his eyes filled with concern. "Yeah" mumbled Gen. Louis wrapped his arm around him and helped him sit up. "W-w-what happened?" Gen asked, he seemed very scared. "We don't know. All we know is there is something up with that ring" I responded. Gen looked down at his fingers and saw the spot the ring had been. Then he let out a scream. "My eye!" He screamed. He cupped his hands around it, "It hurts so bad!" Louis fished another potion out of his inventory. This one was a pale pink and read "Pain-Killer". "Drink this" he said, pointing to the bottle. Gen reached for it, his hands shaking. He drank it and set the bottle down. "Let's get you to a bed" I suggested. 

Louis picked up Gen and carried him like a baby. Gen wrapped his arms around Louis' neck. I guided the two to a spare bedroom. Louis gently set Gen down and placed a blanket on him. "I know you just woke up..." I trailed off. Gen stared at me. His black eye felt evil as if it wasn't him watching. "I think you should go back to bed" I suggested, my voice quivered at the eye. "Wait," Louis broke out, "What about his eye?" "My eye?" Gen asked, he grabbed his eye in panic. "Im not sure what we should do..." I pondered the ideas in my head. "Why don't you get some rest and Louis and I will look into this Wither Situation." I suggested. Gen nodded his head and sunk deeper into the bed.

Louis followed me out of the door. I went upstairs to my office. I sat down in the wooden desk, my eyes searched around the room. Louis joined me a minute later and sat in front of my desk.  "Let's get started" he said. I turned on my computer and searched the term "Wither Taking Over". Many different topics showed up. "Look!" I said, pointing at the screen. I swiveled the laptop around and showed him. It was an article of  another server that was reported that they had been attacked a year ago. "We should talk to them" I mentioned. Louis nodded his head. I looked at the IP it seemed reasonable to try. "Lets do it!" I cheered. 

Louis and I got up from our chairs in unison and walked over to the portal at spawn. It took a while to get there but we passed the time by throwing out different ideas. "Im ready" I said. He looked at the the swirling portal. "Ready" he replied. I launched myself forward and allowed the portal to envelope me.
