I stood there panting. My hands shook and I swallowed tightly. I went over to my bed and curled up in its warmth. To think, I had had killed the Wither. I was the saver of the server. I had done a death defying feat. I turned over in the bed and faced my stuffed spider. Its soft black fabric formed seamlessly into a feared monster, and yet it was so innocent, laying there in my bed. I closed my eyes and focused on the pulsing of my heart. As I opened them the world became in better clarity. Every form gleaming the sun. It seemed like it was now about 10 and I still lay there in bed. When curiosity consumed me I decided to get up. I wandered downstairs, pleasantly greeted by the familiar sound of the staff eating. I went into the kitchen, prepared to make my announcement. Louis and Gen were sitting there, eating and laughing at something on their laptops. I settled down in a seat and tried to make myself comfortable. "Guys, I have something to confess." My hand began to shake and I shoved it under the table. The two boys looked at me, mildly surprised at my sudden appearance. "I think I killed the Wither this morning." Gen gasped and Louis' jaw dropped. "You think?" Gen spoke up. I gulped, I knew had, or so I thought. "Yeah, pretty sure." Louis looked befuddled and I began to second guess myself. "I heard he sends minions to scare people," Gen answered. "Minions?" I repeated. My heart sunk. "Yeah, well I think that's what happened. At least we know you can take one down." Gen ended his sentence with a smile. I nodded, trying to comprehend the information. "I promise you, Butter, we will kill the Wither. There isn't a single doubt in my mind," Louis spoke up. I swallowed and stood up from the table. The wooden chair tweaked across the floor. I had to prepare. I knew that in a mere 4 days I would have to be ready. The sun struck the courtyard, making the stone floors hot. I went into the lounge. A plush couch was my what I desired. I could hear someone tapping loudly on the computer in the room. As I entered the doorway I peered over at the computer desk. Ken was typing furiously. I settled down in the couch. The cushions blocked the computer noises. I turned on the Tv, not in the mood for any show in particular. The screen flared up in a brilliant light. It was the news. I left the show on and watched. The first story was about Mineplec. I knew they couldn't resist talking about a major mini game server. The story described a new game they had just added and featured many famous people smiling as they played. I groaned under my breath. This wasn't what the news was for. The next story came on 5 minutes later. It detailed that SMP servers were losing interest and slowing in population. I felt a pang of sadness recalling my best friends I had met on an SMP server. I then felt the couch dip to the right of me. Ken had come and was now watching along. "Hey," I said. "Hi," he said. I placed my eyes back on the tv. I flipped through the channels and landed on some animations by a man named Captain Sparklez. I watched as the pictures flickered across the screen. After I couldn't handle the bright colors and friendly lines I turned off the tv. "Butter?" Ken said, "Listen I didn't know about my reflexes either. I usually don't do things that require that much concentration." I nodded, my eyes still locked on the black screen. "We have 4 more days until total chaos," I said, "any skill will help." He returned with a nod. I felt the cushion grow lighter and saw him walking away. I too got up and went into the courtyard. Gen was now practicing his sword techniques against a rather splintery armor stand. I pulled out my bow and went over next to him. I knocked an arrow, not taking into consideration which one it was. I shot quickly and with a sudden eruption the armor stand was engulfed in flames. Get just stood there laughing. I smiled as the armor stand crumbled into a sooty crisp. "Always an archer" said Gen between laughs. I repeats that like in my head and my confidence instantly improved. I will always be an archer.
