[oh.. this chapter broke my heart.]
"Yeah, course."
Draco was still sat in the living room.
It had been thirty minutes- of the people around him talking. And Coraline- she'd fallen asleep. She'd been leaning on the arm of the couch, her legs stretched over Dracos lap and he covered her up with a blanket.
He thought she looked beautiful even when she slept. Her mouth was slightly parted open, taking small breathes and her chest going up and down softly. Her glasses were in his hands- he didn't want them to get broken. Her small hands were gripping the blanket, pulling it closer to her body and sleeping peacefully.
He made sure nobody woke her up.
"Mate, your fucked." Blaise commented in a low voice, watching Draco take little glances over at her to just make sure she was okay.
He always needed to make sure she was okay.
And he knew it was stupid- she was right beside him. But it still continued to make his heart completely shatter to think about someone hurting her. And he didn't trust Astoria- not around her. Not around the girl he was helplessly in love with- not even when she was so close to him. He'd never trust Astoria around her.
"Pay attention to your tongues and shut the fuck up." Draco snapped, trying to contain himself from looking at her just one more time.
His body betrayed his mind- his eyes fought against his brain. He took one more glance at her, her eyelashes sitting perfectly on her bottom lids, her button nose adding onto her perfect side profile.
Perfect.
That's the exact description he'd give her.
"Oh wait- my tongu-!"
"Say it any louder and I'll rip your throat out." Draco cut Adrian off harshly, his eyes shifting back to where she was sleeping. She hadn't woke up, only took a studdered breath and sunk back into the couch.
"Sorry," he mumbled. "My tongue green."
"So's mine." Theodore stated proudly, and Draco saw the small breath of relief that came out of pansy's mouth.
"Mines- not turning anything." Montague began to grow scared- but none of them actually cared about him.
Nobody actually cared about Romilda either, except for the fact that they needed her to figure out who's baby it was. Blaises tongue turned green, and that was enough for Draco to tell them go home.
"I'll see you later mate?" Blaise told him, exchanging numbers.
"Yeah, course." Draco gave him a soft smile.
Coraline shifted on the couch, causing Draco to move out from underneath her. He definitely wasn't going to wake her up- he definitely wasn't going to make her go home. Not again.
Once everyone had finally left, he decided to carry Coraline to his bed. So he made his way back over to her, picking her up bridal style and carrying her into the bedroom, laying her down softly. He pulled the fuzzy blanket over her, tucking her in gently and giving her a kiss on the forehead before turning his body around.
And he caught sight of someone's underwear.
He knew it wasn't Coralines, it wasn't any of hers that she owned and it wasn't any pair that he bought her. He wanted to throw it away- that's the only reason he picked them up trying to barely touch it but as soon as he touched them, his ears started to ring and his head hurt.
It was like someone injected something into his chest- it tightened and the mere image of Astoria flooded his mind.
And he liked it.
He liked seeing the image of Astoria playing in his head, he liked to see her eyes and her hair- he tugged at his hair with his other hand trying to get the ringing to stop. His head physically hurt- like someone was carving it out from the inside.
He closed his eyes for a split second before falling to the floor, going unconscious.

Draco woke up in a pool of his own sweat.
He opened his eyes slowly, feeling a weird fuzzy feeling in his heart. It made him look around and notice he was in his bedroom, and he remembered he had a girl in his bed earlier-
Coraline.
It was weird when he thought about Coraline. For some reason he didn't want to think about anybody else besides Astoria, who wasn't here with him right now and it made him stand up, taking a hand through his hair.
He felt like he needed Astoria here.
So he stepped over to his nightstand- Coraline not being in his bed anymore and he still had the pair of underwear in his hands. He gently laid them down on the bed, picking up his phone and going through his contacts. When he came across the name Astoria, he didn't feel like he knew her number.
Had he always had her number in his phone?
"Hey," he spoke into the phone, Astoria on the other line.
"Oh, hi Draco." She giggled, sending a certain feeling through Dracos body. "What can I do for you?"
"Can you.." he furrowed his eyebrows, an image of Coraline going through his mind before it was replaced with Astoria again. "Can you come over?"
Despite that fact that he knew it, his mind was trying to go back to Coraline.
But it didn't allow him to- didn't allow him to slip in the beauty of Coraline.
"Of course," she told him flirtatiously. "I'll be there in a few."
He hung up the phone abruptly, tossing his phone down and the door suddenly opened, revealing Coraline who was again- wearing her clothes. He wished he could've saved her from the heart break she was about to witness sooner, but he wasn't in the right mind set.
"Hey, your up." She gave him a small smile, before walking over to him. "I wanted to ask you a question."
She had a cute little smile on her face, a smile that would've made his heart swell if it wasn't so clouded with Astoria. He gave her a short nod, indicating that he was listening while his eyes stared into hers.
"Could you help me adopt a puppy?" She asked him gently, a small blush rising on his feet as she walked closer to him and wrapped her arms around his torso.
But he pushed her away.
And this made her furrow her eyebrows. "I think you should go, I'm expecting someone, Jones."
Jones.
Her heart completely shattered. She slowly backed away from him with a shocked face, her eyes welling up with tears. "A- a girl?" Her voice was barely over a whisper, but he definitely heard it.
And for an odd reason, he didn't feel like taking pity on her. "Yes, a girl who should be here any minute. So please, I'd like you to leave."
"Draco please- don't do this-." She stammered, her eyes trying to fight the tears harshly. "I'll talk to you about my feelings- please don't go to someone else-,"
"Why would I want to here your feelings?" He Rose and eyebrow at her, trying his hardest not to get rude with the small girl who stood in front of him. "I won't ask again."
A single tear fell out of her eye. But, nonetheless, she gave him a small nod and apparated away.
