"There is no such thing as accident: it is fate misnamed."

                            James's P.O.V

                               Saturday.

James's neck was stiff when she woke up her body feeling slightly sore. She groaned aloud as she moved, she vaguely remembered Victor moving her from the floor to the bed last night but she was too tired to truly think about it.

Victor's bed sure was comfortable though...She rolled over pulling the blanket closer to her face a content sigh escaping her lips.

She stayed like that for a few moments until she finally cracked open her eyes. She took in the boy laying next to her.

Victor's fair skin was clean of any blemishes. His eyes closed those long lashes resting on his cheeks. His soft brown hair was brushed in gentle waves away from his face.

How even in his sleep he looked amazing.

He looked tired though, making her heart clench for him. It must be hard trying to live up to his parent's expectations.

Meeting standards that would never be enough.

"Your staring." His voice was riddled with sleep.

"I'm admiring," James said back moving a little closer to him.

His eyes cracked open at that his lips twitching up. "Admiring," he shook his head sounding amused. James reached forward brushing his under eyes.

"What? Your quite beautiful Victor Morgan. Especially in the morning all deep-voiced and sleepy. You're a dream."

Victor broke into a smile moving forward and pressing a kiss just next to her lips. So close that her eyes fluttered shut. "You are too Jameson Jones."

James groaned, "not the full name-"

He laughed, "yes the full name goof."

She smiled a little too tapping his cheek. "I'm sorry your parents are dicks. If you want I'll pull something on them."

"Like what?" He asked sounding slightly shocked.

"I can't tell you you'd need to act surprised," James said seriously. "But I could."

"Your crazy."

"You haven't learned this by now," James grinned bopping his nose. "Crazy is my middle name."

"Isn't your middle name jazzy?"

"Fuck you, Victor Morgan!" James cackled as he grinned nuzzling his face into her neck. She ran a hand through his hair wrapping a leg around his waist. "Your lucky I'm giving you a cuddle you jerk."

"Would you ever deny me cuddles?" Victor questioned, "physical touch is like your love language."

"If I'm feeling froggy I might." James said hold tightening on him slightly. "Victor?"

"What?" He hummed his fingers dancing across her spine.

"Do you still wanna be my friend?" She asked softly almost scared of his answer. They had kissed and god was it a good kiss- but they also liked other people.

"Oh, James I'll always be your friend." Victor held her tightly. "I don't know what we're all doing but...we can take it a step at a time. I have faith in Kota. If you and Sang..."

"I don't want to lose any of you," James whispered her voice breaking slightly. "Victor, I need to know if you think I'm going to lose you? Because if there's even the slightest chance then I don't want to be anything more than friends-"
