We all watched from the window and James left. They all missed her presence, and Victor would be lying if he said he wasn't upset he didn't get a hug goodbye. He had gotten used to the fact that James would randomly throw herself on any one of them at any time.
He sighed, "I don't know why she didn't just let me drive her."
The others were frowning too. Sang had her finger pushed into her lip as she continued to stare out the window even after the taxi left the corner.
"She seemed in a rush," Gabe said pouting already missing the beautiful redhead.
Victor's phone pinged and he checked it realizing he had a text from Mr. Blackbourne he quickly opened it reading it.
"Looks like I have to get going too," Victor said as he grabbed his keys from Kota's nightstand. Nodding at his brothers. He watched as Sang stood up.
"I just want to walk him out," she said softly to Kota before following Victor down the stairs.
Victor felt his heart thump in his chest as the blonde beauty followed behind him. Her steps were quiet he could barely hear them.
He wondered what she wanted to talk about.
He watched as she pushed a piece of hair behind her ear lifting her hand to her lip. Victor grabbed it before it could touch. He vaguely wondered how James could grab their hands so easily like it was the most natural thing. Anytime he came into contact with Sang or James he felt like his heart was going to burst.
"I just wanted to say thank you for the phone," her voice was soft and sweet he loved to hear it "you didn't have to but I do appreciate it. If you want any money or-"
Victor smiled at her cutting her off "Just say thank you, Victor." He watched as Sang blushed. "I swear it's not a big deal I wouldn't do it if I didn't want to."
"Thank you, Victor," she said a debate in her head before she moved forward gently putting her arms around him.
Victor froze slightly not expecting the hug from her. Sang seemed to be more hesitant, unsure.
He wrapped his arms around her, leaning his head on top of hers.
They stayed like that for a few minutes and Victor loved the warm feeling he got in his chest as he held her. How his arms fit perfectly around her, he loved that they were getting to know him as just Victor.
Not Victor piano prodigy, or the Victor he had to be with his parents. No, they were getting to know the real him. The one that was saved by his brothers. The one who wasn't famous, and could relax and joke and be without having to put up a front.
Sang let go of him first "goodbye Victor, I'll text you later if that's okay?" She asked.
"That's more than okay princess." He said a soft smile on his lips as he left Kota's getting back into his car.
Victor was confused, both Sang and James were making him feel things he hadn't felt for any other girl before. He hadn't ever been in a relationship, every girl who wanted to be with him wanted to be with Victor Morgan the piano prodigy. The birds at the academy....Well, he just had never been in a real relationship.
So, when he first saw Sang in Kota's bed he didn't know what to think. He felt his breath be taken away by her beauty. He had never seen anyone so beautiful. When he looked into her eyes, he felt his heart stopped.
Her beautiful green eyes reminded him of looking in the mirror or at one of his brothers, and it hurt his heart to know that this pretty bird was in pain.
