AU: Flower/plant shop

Kageyama Tobio had lots of plants, other than art, it was his favorite thing.

He enjoyed the different colors and tones, as well as the smells.

Currently he had his own shop, it was small, but perfect for his business.

He opened it near some music store, but he had never gone there. All he knew was that the music was absolutely beautiful.

The bell to the shop rang slightly, and somebody came in.

Kageyama diverted his attention from the roses he was watering, to the boy up front.

He hurriedly finished up with the rose, wiping his hands, he stood and made his way to the small desk at the front.

"Hi- how are you today, sir?" Kageyama said, taking a deep breath.

"Uh..hi...I'm good I guess." The blonde replied.

Kageyama noticed the headphones around his neck, and his shirt had the same logo as the store next door.

"Do you happen to work at the store next door?" Kageyama asked

"Oh, um yeah...I just figured I would get my mom some flowers or something, since today's her birthday."

"That's sweet, what is her favorite?"

"She likes..large carnations I believe, specifically the red and yellow ones."

"Mmm that's a nice flower, let me see if I have those colors."

Kageyama went to a certain section, picked a few pretty flowers, then grabbed some paper, a very dark red color, wrapped and tied it, going back to the desk.

"Like this?" Kageyama asked fixing a few small details on it.

"Yeah that's good." The brown eyed beauty answered, grabbing his wallet

"533.39 yen, please" he said, smiling softly.

(That's about 5 bucks according to Google, I have no clue how much flowers are-)

The taller gave him the money, and left the shop with the flowers.

Kageyama then silently cursed himself dammit you didn't ask for their name.

Just then he noticed a folded piece of paper amongst the money.

Hey, I see you working every time I pass by after my shift at work, I decided to stop by to give you this, and buy some flowers, of course, since my reason to buy flowers isn't a lie, but I'm glad we got to talk, if you maybe wanna talk more here's my number :

Kageyama laughed, smiling he placed it in his pocket, knowing he would most definitely text him later on.

Around 8, He closed his shop, heading home in the dark.

As soon as he got to his small apartment, he slipped off his shoes and whipped his phone out of his pocket, along with the paper.

Entering the Number, he hoped it was the boys actual number.

-Kageyama blushed slightly, feeling his heart race slightly. He sat down on his couch allowing his cat to snuggle on his lap, petting her, before going back to his texts.-

Yep :)
