The soft silk cloth rubbed against your eyes and cheeks as you let out another small laugh. Jake quickly using his hand to make sure the cloth stayed over your eyes.

"Stop laughing, you're gonna ruin the surprise," Jake complained at you for the nth time that night, making you just let out a small giggle, "Nuria!"

"Sorry," you quickly excused and sucked in a deep breath to compose yourself as you heard the ding of the elevator reaching it designated floor.

You could feel Jake softly grab onto both of your hands and carefully lead you out of the elevator. You didn't get to walk long before you felt Jake's hands disappear from yours, making you immediately stop in your tracks.

"Jake? Where di-" you started before you felt a pair of arms sweep you off your feet and easily lift you up in a bridal style.

You didn't say anything as you realized he had lifted you up, you were simply too busy trying to calm down the red fiery color that was creeping up your cheeks. The only thing you actually heard was Jake's small giggle. Most likely because he had seen how he had made your cheeks turn so red, so fast.

"I'm setting you down now," Jake softly spoke as he let your feet get in contact with the ground again, "and turn you around," he continued and carefully turned you by your shoulders, "are you ready?"

"Just let me see already!" you loudly complained making him let out another giggle as you felt the knot behind your head get loosened and the silk cloth get removed from your eyes.

As the blindfold dropped from your eyes you were immediately met by a beautifully decorated patio. A small outside couch standing by a small table, which was covered in all sorts of good food, and over under the open sky hung a hammock between two poles.

"Why so fancy?" you let out a small laugh as you looked over at Jake, who was just looking at you with a wide grin.

"Why not?" he questioned and grabbed your hand, pulling you over towards the small couch.

"But we never do something this fancy," you let out a small laugh, "I think the most fancy thing we've ever done was have a picnic at the park with Layla."

"So? I just wanted my girlfriend to have a proper fancy date... but not too fancy, because we don't do fancy," Jake excused and made you sit down on the small couch beside him, "look, I even got chocolate covered strawberries."

"Why? Did you make them yourself?" you let out a small laugh as he extended one of the strawberries to you.

"Maybe I did," he grinned as he watched you take a bite from the strawberry.

"So tell me... Aussie boy... why all this?" you questioned in amusement making him just smile before leaning in and pecking your cheek.

"You'll see," he just stated.

You tried to send him a glare, but the smile on your face gave you away immediately. Jake just let out another small laugh before reaching over and grabbing a strawberry for himself. You let out a small huff, well knowing you can't get him to say anything at the moment.

You had both sat on the couch, just eating and talking for hours, until Jake suddenly had gotten up and pulled you up with him. Very much to your confusion. He just smiled his dashing smile at you before pulling you over to the hammock.

"Lets look at the stars," Jake happily stated and carefully laid down in the hammock, waving you down to him.

"We're gonna fall," you let out a small laugh and he immediately shook his head.

"If Sunghoon and I can do it, you surely can do it too," Jake stated making you let out a small laugh at him.

"You cheating on me with Sunghoon?" you teased as you carefully climbed into the hammock and laid beside Jake, whilst just looking at him.

"Nah... it's just bromance... we are romance," Jake stated with a wide grin making you let out that laugh he had fallen so wildly in love with.

"Sure it is," you hummed and turned your head to look up at the stars.

Jake stared at you for another few seconds before smiling contentedly before looking up at the stars as well. Immediately reaching for your hand with his own, interlocking your fingers and pressing a kiss to the back of your hand.

"You know that constellation?" Jake questioned and pointed up to the sky with one of his hands.

"No... why don't you tell me?" you smirked aking him just grin widely before nodding and looking back up at the sky.

"It's Cygnus, or the Swan, depending on if we're naming it in Latin or not," Jake informed making you just nod as you looked up at the constellation, "do you know what the swan symbolizes?"

"I'm not an encyclopedia," you let out a small laugh at him.

"The swan symbolizes... beauty, grace, love, trust and loyalty," Jake softly spoke before turning his head to you, "like you."

"Oh shut up," you snorted pushing his cheek to turn his face away from you.

As your hand dropped down over his jacket you felt a lump in one of the pockets making you get a funny look on your face.

"You never have things in your pockets," you pointed out and reached into the jacket pocket to fish out whatever it was, making Jake sigh as you pulled out the small box.

"Damn it," Jake slumped his head back and covered his eyes with his free hand, as the other still was interlocked with yours. He had messed up, and he knew immediately.

"What's this?" you questioned in amusement as you turned the black box around in your hand.

"This..." Jake sighed before grabbing the box from you, "was supposed to be a surprise... but now I see I messed up," he let out a small embarrassed laugh before letting go of your hand, opening the small box to reveal a small ring in it, "I had this whole speech planned out about how I would tell you how happy you made me, how I'm always smiling and laughing when around you, how much I loved you and all that cheesy stuff. But matter of the fact is that... I want to spend the rest of my life with you and I wanted to ask you to marry me," he admitted and turned his head away from the ring to look at you with those big puppy eyes he had as he let his hand drop once again to grab onto your hand, giving it a small squeeze.

Your head instantly turned on instinct when he had squeezed your hand. It was something you were so used to. Whenever he squeezed you hand he wanted your attention. And when you looked at him he immediately raised his eyebrows as if he was asking for an answer.

"Will you be my Cygnus? My swan? Forever?" he questioned softly making you immediately nod.

You didn't even trust your own voice at this moment. Jake just grinned widely at you before grabbing yoru hand softly and carefully sliding the ring onto your finger, grinning at how it looked.

"It's pretty on you," he stated and held your hand up in front of his face.

"Jake?" you called out making him immediately hum and turn his head to you.

You immediately leaned forward and placed your lips on his, making him immediately kiss you back as you could feel the smile on his lips against your own.

"I love you so much," he happily whispered as he leaned his forehead against yours, his lips just a few milimeters from yours, "I love you so so much, Nuria."

"I love you too."
