"Miss Y/N more fan mail have arrived," your manager called out making your head immediately snap up in anticipation.

Lately you'ved enjoyed getting your fan mail. For the past month you've gotten a messily written loveletter in each of the batches of fanmail that you got every week. It was always written by the same person and for some reason they just warmed your head a tiny bit more than the others.

Had it not been for your idol status you would've replied to the letters in a more personal way than the one you were forced to reply. But then again, you wouldn't be getting those love letters if it weren't for your idol status. But still you wondered, who was this secret admirer that kept making your heart flutter without you even knowing him.

You softly thanked your manager as he dropped the new bunch of letters on the desk in front of you, where you were seated ready to read through the newly written praise and support your fans had sent you this time. It was almost before your heart began racing up and your palms got sweaty. You always got so excited you almost got too nervous to open your fan letters.

Without giving a care for any of the letters, not because you didn't care about them, but because you were eager to see. See if they had sent another messy written letter. When your eyes read over the messy writing a wide smile immediately spread over your face.

Quietly you began contemplating. You had always had a habit of saving the best for last, to always make sure you end with a good feeling whenever you finished doing something. Whether it was eating or reading fan letters. But right now you were too eager and you just had to read it. You had to read that exact letter, see what that messy handwriting had said about you now.

To be all honest this handwriting... it was something for sure. It would be categorized as what your mom used to call children scribbles. The first letter you had gotten from this sender had taken you over an hour to read, but with time it got easier for you to decypher what word the different characters were trying to say.

Eagerly you ripped open the envelope and pulled out the letter, smiling even wider at the familiar handwriting. Quietly you began reading the letter. You read it again, and again, and again... and then a bit more again. Your eyes contiously lingering around the signature at the end of the letter. The same mysterious line as always.

Sincerely

Your fellow colleague

You had always wondered what that signature meant. What kind of colleague was it. You had so many that you were unable to count. There were the staffs that worked around you, then the staff at the company, beside them there were the staffs at various music and variety shows, and lastly there were all the other idols in the industry. The possibilities were endless for you. Sometimes just thinking about it kept you up at night.

---

A wide grin spread on your face as your manager arrived with this weeks fanmail. Today you had decided to read them in your small studio appartment. You had hid them in your bag and sneaked them out of the company with you back to your small apartment

Once home and washed up for bed you read through the first letter, it was another one of those talking about how big motivation you are. It always brought a smile to your face, they always did.

But the next letter, it only made you smile even more. The familiar children scribbles. It could only make you wonder how old the person writing these letters actually were. By the writing you would think it was a six year old, but by the word choice and sentence composition made you believe it was someone above the age of 40. It was an odd combination.

Again you read the letter over as per usual. But today something stopped you before you read it once again and again and again, like you usually do. It was one unusual sentence in the closing of the letter, one that hadn't been there before.

I suppose it was my letters you spoke about in your last Vlive... so how about I finally reveal myself. This is my number:

+82 xx xxxx yyyy

Sincerely
Youre fellow colleague

A small excited yet extremely nervous smile spread on your face. You were excited to know who this fellow colleague was, but yet you were scared it was some perverted elderly catfish.

One deep breath and you got out your phone and created a text to the number that stood in the letter. Your first wrote out a long paragraph of a message before deciding against it and just writing a short message that could implicate it was you if the sender of the letters was smart enough.

'I got your letter'

You knew that according to the guidelines of your company you weren't allowed to text or call any numbers that was given to you through fan mail. But you were so curious, and who knew maybe you had even caught a tiny bit of feeling towards those words that had been sent to you.

'Pleasure to finally have a

conversation with you Y/N!
