how he wished minho could see him now.

hyunjin walked quickly up the stairs, a scowl on his face while his hands were pulled tightly into fists at his sides. it was pretty late now, but he had no concept of time anymore. it was as if everything had been slowed down, yet time passed much quicker than he thought it did. seconds became minutes as he continued up the stairs, making it to the floor he wanted to be at. it hadn't been long since he left the room now in front of him, with only a door separating him from it.

the blonde knocked on the door, waiting almost patiently for an answer. as he went to knock again, the door swung open, revealing the blonde australian in all his glory. he stared at hyunjin, confused as to why he was back so soon, but his lips didn't move, nor did hyunjin's. they both found theirselves stuck in a trance with both their pair of eyes never leaving each other for a second.

as if something had clicked into place, like a puzzle piece fitting perfectly in the last space, felix pulled the older into his room, slamming the door closed and pushing hyunjin against it, his hands resting either side of his head. "what do you want, hyunjin?" he asked in low voice, not sure on whether to be happy that hyunjin came back or confused as to why.

the older said nothing, instead leaning closer to the male at a millimetre a second. felix did nothing to stop him, nor did he move away. he just watched as he edged closer and closer, closing the already small space between them until he connected their lips. it was slow, felix had to admit, but he wouldn't do anything to progress it; he was still confused as to why hyunjin was here in the first place.

of course it was then the older that decided to deepen the kiss, becoming more sloppy and lustful as hyunjin pushed himself closer to the aussie. his hands roamed his body freely, tracing every curve and every dent as the two found themselves edging closer and closer to felix's bed until the younger felt the back of his legs hit the mattress, instinctively sitting down on it.

hyunjin pulled away for a moment, slipping his t-shirt over his head, which made felix do the same, before he pushed the younger down onto the bed so that he was now laying down, hyunjin moving to straddle him as he leant down to connect their lips once more. in the back of his mind, constant thoughts of minho were running wild, but he ignored them; they meant nothing.

felix's hands traced over the older's skin, moving up and down his torso until he moved them down to the top of hyunjin's jeans, unbuttoning and unzipping them eagerly so that hyunjin could take them off. the older moved off of him, taking his jeans and his pants off in one while felix did the same, both of them stark naked, before they closed the space once more.

hyunjin had failed to notice the constant vibration of his phone.

"come on, pick up," minho muttered to himself, his phone held up to his ear as he looked out over the small garden that was situated besides the entrance to the hospital. he had been waiting for hyunjin for half an hour now after chaeyoung had left, and he had to say he was growing very impatient. in total, he had called the male twelve times already, and he wasn't going to stop until he got an answer.

the whole fiasco with chaeyoung had really put him on edge, and he knew he needed to speak to hyunjin as soon as possible. he had to tell hyunjin how he really felt, and he had to tell him now. minho sighed as he stared at his phone, ending the call once again when it only reached voicemail. he didn't know what was taking him so long, and why he wasn't answering his phone all of a sudden.

he walked back up to minhee's room, staring down at his phone as he read a text chaeyoung had sent him just then:

i'm sorry about earlier, that was
an unfair thing for me to do. i
hope minhee gets better, look
after yourself :)

he sighed, a small smile creeping onto his face. he knew he was going to miss chaeyoung, but he was glad that they had both put everything behind them.

as he walked, a nurse rushed past him, bumping shoulders and apologising quickly as she ran off up the corridor. he didn't think much of it and just carried on walking. it was until he was outside his sister's room that a few doctors came running out with her in tow. panicked, he grabbed onto the nurse's arm.

"what's going on? where are you taking her?" he asked, his voice fast and almost unable to understand. to his benefit, the nurse had understood him.

"she's being taken for emergency surgery," the nurse explained, hurriedly going after the rest of the doctors. minho didn't know what to do other than to follow them, keep up next to the nurse.

"is she gonna be okay?" minho asked, but this time he wasn't given an answer. he followed them until he was stopped at a set of doors by one of the doctors. "hey! that's my sister, let me through!" he shouted, desperately trying to get past the doctor.

the tall man pushed minho back. "you need to wait here," he said, directing minho to a chair. once the young man was sat down, the doctor knelt down in front of him, a firm hand on his shoulder. "we will do everything we can for her." and with that, he left minho, alone.
