Raining Cocaine

We climbed up to the top of the rock.

You laughed as I grabbed your hand

Your left slide almost fell off

The strings on your hoodie too tight.

We sat down together

You joked about jumping off

I laughed as it started raining

Then hailing

Still you didn't complain.

I kissed you

You kissed me softer than before

Like there wasn't a rush anymore

The moment became addicting.

Maybe it was your eyes

The way you played with your hair

I refuse to know for sure

For now

I'll blame it on the cocaine rain.
