Imagine A Life Without You

imagine a life without you...

imagine the sky,
a little less blue

instead of three people upstairs,
there'd be two

forgotten assignments on your desk, overdue

just think,
one more time

of a life without you...

the house, a little quieter

your room, a little emptier

your mind a little lighter...

your past
a little more appreciated

your pain
a little more understood

your love
a little more valued...

A little less

A little more

Think a little, before you lock the door

Breathe a little, before you hit the floor

Cry a little, before you end the war

imagine your life now, all of this

before

you imagine a life

without you...
