*a few hours later! it was the time where the girls would usually start talking about what they are gonna have for dinner. but instead of something home cooked, brittany had a better idea*
Brittany: *had come up the stairs after cleaning up a little. she walks into the bedroom and sees Santana laying on the bed and smiling at something on her phone* what you smiling at?
Santana: *looks up at Brittany* just some random videos on facebook!
Brittany: ah ok! well i came up to ask you if you wanna go out somewhere tonight? *looks at Santana just waiting for an answer*
Santana: sure *smiles at Brittany* where we going?
Brittany: i wanna take you out for food and maybe to a club since we havent done that in a while because we have just been so busy with wedding planning
Santana: id love too! *smiles*
Brittany: awesome! *Smiles*
*45 minutes later*
Brittany: * just finished tying her shoe lases when she saw Santana walk down the stairs, like she is from the movies and is entering a ballroom* wow! *stood up and put her hands and the side of her mouth as if she was holding a megaphone* UH OH, SOMEONE CALL THE FIREMAN, BECAUSE THIS GIRL IS SMOKIN'... *Puts her hands back down to her sides and smiles as she sees Santana giggling and playfully shakes her head at Brittany because she hasnt changed one bit since the day they met. when it comes to commenting on Santana's looks, she goes above and beyond as if she wants to scream from the rooftops* come on! we better go before we miss our reservation *hold santana's hand as she walks her down the doorsteps and to the passenger side of the car* ma'lady... *opens the car door for Santana to get in*
Santana: thank you! *smiles up at Brittany before she closes the door and goes to the drivers side of the car*
*5 minutes later, Brittany pulled up outside a really fancy restaraunt and went round to take santana's hand as she was getting out the car*
Brittany: here we are! *smiles as Santana looks at the restaraunt and is a little stunned by how fancy it is*
Santana: babe... are you sure about this? it looks like its gonna be really expensive *looks at Brittany and is a little unsure because she hates when Brittany tries to spend to much money on her. Which is ironic because san literally just spend thousands on an engagement ring for Britt*
Brittany: come on baby! you deserve it... *smiles as she guides santana into the entrance of the restaraunt*
Waitress: good evening ladies!
Brittany: hi! reservation for 2... under the name of peirce! *smiles as the waitress looks at a list of names on the wooden stand infront of her*
waitress: *finds the right name then picks up two menus* right this way! *leads the girls to a table in the middle of the restaraunt* here are your menus! *places a menu infront of each of the girls* and the drinks menu is right there for you! *points to the other end of the table that has a bunch of menus on a little wooden stand. as well as some sauces and the salt and pepper shakers*
Brittany: *looks at where she pointed then looked back to the waitress* thank you! *the waitress smiles at them then walks off to give them space to look through the menus*
Santana: *opened the menu and looked straight at the prices* O.M.G! babe, this is ridiculous! have you seen these prices *lowers her voice so only Brittany hears*
Brittany: *reaches over the table to place her hand ontop of Santana's* calm down, its not that much! *laughs a little at how freaked out Santana is*
Santana: n-not that much?! *is looking at Brittany wide eyed* babe, i cant let you pay for this!
Brittany: thats fine because im not the one paying *laughs*
Santana: wait, what? *is so confused about what Brittany is up to*
Brittany: i know im not made of money! even though i would love to be able to treat you to places like this whenever... this is actually a wedding gift from our mums *smiles as Santana relaxes and smiles back at Brittany*
Santana: really... how come i didnt know about this? *scrunches up her face in confusion*
Brittany: my mum texted me a little while ago to tell me that she had been talking with your mum and they had both transferred money to my account so that i could take you here. they also said to keep some of the money for future purposes. so i was warned not to go crazy with it *laughs as does Santana*
Santana: well ill be sure to thank them when we get home later *smiles as she keeps holding onto Brittanys hand when they both look through the menu to pick something to eat*
*shortly after that, the same waitress that showed the girls to their table, had come back*
Waitress: hello again! may i take your orders *smiles at the girls*
Brittany: i would like the breadcrum salmon and salad with some white wine please *smiles up at the waitress then turns to Santana as she orders her food*
Santana: i would also like the breadcrum salmon with a glass of red wine please *smiles up at the waitress as she writes down on her notepad*
Waitress: alright, that will be ready in about a half hour! would you girls like to have your wine brought out to you just now or will you be having it with your meal? *takes the menu's as she waits for one of the girls to answer*
Brittany: we will just have it with our meal, thank you! *smiles at the waitress then turns back to santana as the waitress walks away*
Santana: i still cannot believe you brought me here... *looks around with such amazment at how posh the place and people look*
Brittany: *smiles at Santana as she looks around* you out of all people deserve to eat at a place like this! *santana opens her mouth as if she is about to disagree but Brittany was too quick to notice and cut San off*...and dont bother trying to tell me otherwise *they both laugh then carry on chatting throughout there meal*
