*back in the house! Sasha had just woken up and walked down the stairs to go and sees the other woman sitting in the living room with their feet up and chatting to one another*
Meredith: hey! how you feeling? *looks up at Sasha*
Sasha: *sits on the couch next to Valerie* still pretty weak but im ok! *weakly smiles at the two women as they smiles back*
Valerie: would you like a hot drink? *looks at Sasha*
Sasha: yes please! could i have a tea? *looks up at Valerie as she stands next to the couch*
Valerie: sure! ill just be a minute *smiles down at Sasha then walks into the kitchen*
Sasha: *turns to Meredith* so...where's my little munchkin?
Meredith: she's been making a den in the garden with the girls! she was looking for you the minute they came back from the park but i told her you were having a nap. so the girls took her to do stuff just to keep her distracted and let you get some rest *smiles at Sasha*
Sasha: thank you! have you had a chat at all with the girls... you know, about what we talked about at the park *looks up at Meredith*
Meredith: i havent, no! i think its better if it comes from you. also they havent had a minute to themselves so i wasnt wanting to say anything with the little ears around.
Sasha: yeah! im thinking that i should just tell them when they come to mine after their honeymoon. because i dont want them to be worrying and forget to have fun while they have a minute to themselves *smiles at Meredith*
Meredith: yeah! that seems fair... just call me or Valerie if you ever need anything ok? *looks at Sasha*
Sasha: i will, thank you! *looks at Meredith then sees that Valerie is walking over to her with the tea she asked for* thank you Val! *sips her tea as all 3 woman get into convo again and talk about more lighthearted stuff so that they can have a laugh together and make sure that Sasha isnt stressing too much, making herself weaker than she already is*
*over the next 2 days, Brittany found herself being more observant after her chat with jessica. she noticed how Valerie and Meredith were literally walking on eggshells around Sasha. but whenever britt would tell San how she was concerned. she would respond to Britt by saying the same thing that Brittany said to jessica the first time Jessica spoke to her about how weak and tired sasha has gotten*
*its now friday and everyone is at the airport. Meredith and Valerie are going back home and the rest of them are going back to Africa. there were a few tears when they were saying goodbye but they promised each other that they would facetime while they were apart*
*on the plane! jessica was sat at the window and her mum was sat next to her then on the other side of the plane in the same row, Britt was sitting in the isle seat and Santana was at the window seat. for most of the journey, Sasha was sleeping and Jessica was just cuddled up with her and was looking at the pictures in her storybooks. Brittany and Santana were cuddled up, holding hands and were just chatting with each other about random stuff. they would check on Jessica every once in a while and would get her stuff when she needed it. the girls would also take turns with taking Jessica to use the toilet a couple of times throughout the flight*
*14 hours later! they have just landed in Africa and jessica was waking her mum up while the girls gathered their bags and made sure jessica had put her books back in her little backpack*
Sasha: *woke up and was a little jumpy because she didnt even notice that she had been alseep as long as she hand been.* are we here? *looks at Jessica*
Jessica: yep! *smiles at her mum* come on we need to get off the plane! *was getting off her seat to stand in the isle with the girls*
Sasha: *smiles at jessica* alright! im coming! *giggles at her daughter being impatient. she takes her seatbelt off then stands up* have you's got everything? *looks at Britt and Santana*
Santana: yeah! we have your bag here aswell *smiles at Sasha*
Sasha: thank you! *starts to follow jessica down the isle while Santana and Brittany followed close behind*
*once they were out the airport santana called for a taxi to take them back to Sasha's place and then to take Santana and Brittany to the hotel that they booked for the next 3 days*
jessica: *gets out the taxi with her mum and stands by the window that Santana was sitting at. santana put the window down and jessica was holding onto the door so she could reach up on her tiptoes to see the girls* Bye Tana! bye Britty!... im gonna miss you! *smiles weakly at the girls*
Brittany: dont worry munchkin, we will be back to see you in 5 days *smiles at Jessica*
Santana: make sure to look after your mummy for us, ok? *smiles at jessica*
Jessica: ok! *smiles up at the girls then steps away from the taxi so they can drive off. the girls were waving and blowing kisses at jessica till they were no longer able to see her*
Sasha: you ready to go inside honey? *looks down at jessica as she still stares off in the direction that the girls went*
Jessica: *turns round to her mum and smiles weakly* yeah! *drags her backpack along the grass as she slowly makes her way up to the front door while Sasha unlocks it for them*
*at the hotel! the girls had just been given their room key and were being shown to their room while they dragged their suitcases behind them and had their travel bags on their back*
hotel staff: here we are! *unlocks the room door then hands the key to Brittany* if you need anything then just give us a shout! all the numbers that you will need are by the phone on the bedside table *smiles at the girls then walks away once they thank him*
Santana: *walks in the room while Brittany follows* this is beautiful! *looks around the room*
Brittany: yeah! *smiles as she looks round the room. then santana turns round and walks up to her with a certain look in her eyes that makes Brittany laugh because she knows exactly what she is thinking in that moment*
Santana: what? i didnt even say anything *has her arms drapped over Brittany's shoulders as Britt held onto santana's waist*
Brittany: you didnt have to... the look in your eyes speaks volume *laughs as does San*
Santana: ok! what are my eyes telling you right now? *smiles up at Brittany*
Brittany: *looks into santana's eyes for a second* right now you want to find the bedroom... and not because you want to take a nap *smirks as santana smirks back*
Santana: whatever you say *laughs but is happy because that is exactly what she was thinking*
Brittany: so, lets go check out what is in that room through there, shall we? *smiles*
Santana: yep! *squeals as Brittany suddenly lifts her up and carries her through to the other room*
