• Gon, at one point, pieces together that Leorio and Kurapika just see him and treat him like Pairo and Pietro. He doesn't know how to feel about it but he knows he doesn't like it
• Kurapika, when he's away, wants nothing more than to reach out to the other three and talk to them because he feels so bad for just leaving. But he won't because a) he wants to protect them from himself, b) he doesn't want them coming after him, c) he wants to honor his clan alone
• When Gon wakes up from his coma, sure Leorio and Killua are so happy to see him and happy he's alive and stuff. But as the honeymoon phase of him waking up fades, I feel like they would start feeling a little pissed towards him for putting himself in that kind of danger in the first place. Gon can sense they're mad at him but he doesn't know why, and they feel like they can't tell him why either
• Gon starts writing letters to everyone after they've separated and no one writes back to him. Killua is off traveling with Alluka and doesn't have time to respond (or a set address), Leorio is too busy with work and studying to respond, and Kurapika is Kurapika and is just returning them to sender. Gon, to say in the least, is really fucking devastated because he loves his friends and they mean a lot to him but it seems they don't feel the same
• Whenever Killua is upset or being a little bitch, Leorio and Kurapika are always like "why can't you be more like Gon?" In the regards of being happy and cheerful all the time. It pissed Killua off so much, and it makes him realize how much Kurapika and Leorio favor Gon
• Can you guys imagine Gon or Killua accidentally calling Kurapika dad and he's just like "don't ever call me that again" and being super serious. He doesn't want Gon and Killua to think of him as family, because all his family has died and he doesn't want the same for them
