"It's around here somewhere, right?" You asked, glancing at your crow "Yes, just go down this road here... Y/n look isn't that the same male from your batch?" Your crow said, gesturing to a yellow-haired male squatting down in the middle of the road.

 "Yeah, it is, what was his name?" You asked as you began walking over to the male "I don't think the two of you shared any personal information and I don't know myself" your crow responded.

 "Hey, you" you spoke out, poking the male on his shoulder blade, the male slowly turned around the dried tears were visible "You're... You're that girl I met at final selection, right?" He mumbled out as he whipped the snot dripping from his nose "Yeah?" You responded, arching an eyebrow and crossing your arms as you looked down at him. 

The yellow-haired male stared at you before he slowly stood up, he grabbed your hands and began yelling "This is fate!! You can't tell me this isn't fate! We're meant to be with each other, the Gods made our paths cross each other again! Let's get married!!" The yellow-haired boy yelled as he held your hands with his. 

"Wait what, this isn't fate calm down, let me go. I don't even know you" you said as you ripped your hands out of his, suddenly the familiar sparrow flew at the boy and began pecking and chirping at him, you began to slowly back away from the boy. 

"Wait!! My name is Agatsuma Zenitsu, you know my name now!! What's your name! Please just marry me before I die!!" Zenitsu yelled, clinging onto the bottom of your uniform. 

"Get off of me!" You scoffed, prying Zenitsu hands off of the bottom of your uniform only for him to immediately cling back on "Just marry me!! I'll die soon anyway so you won't have to live with me for very long!! Please I beg of you! Marry me!!" He cried out once again. 

"Hey! Get off of her!" A red-haired male yelled as he pried Zenitsu off of you and tossing him aside "Alright, young lady, you should head off home now... Oh, you're a demon hunter too, Kamado Tanjiro. What's your name?" Tanjiro asked.

 "L/n Y/n" you responded, glaring at him, waiting to see if he were to try and make a move as well "Stop interfering! And wow Y/n-chan what a lovely name, let's get married" Zenitsu sang as he jumped up and grabbed your hands once again.

 "Stop it, I'm not marrying you!!" You yelled as you slapped him across the face, not releasing how much strength you had used "Uwahh!" Zenitsu cried out as he held his head "Woah! Ok, ok, you busted his lip!?" Tanjiro panicked as he jumped in between the two of you "Y/n-chan! Why would you hurt me! You like me so why did you hurt me!" Zenitsu cried out.

 "Like you? When did I say that I liked you, I don't even know you!" You said, raising your voice "But... You came to check up on me because you like me, right?" Zenitsu mumbled, "No! Stop being so shameful!" You yelled.

 "Why'd you have to interfere! She was going to marry me... Why are you looking at me like I'm some sort of creature!? Stop looking at me like that!! Waahh! It's all your fault I'm not getting married!! Say something!!" Zenitsu screamed. 'Something is extremely wrong with him' you thought as you looked down at him. 

"I'm going to die I'll defiantly die on my next mission. I'm super weak, and I'm not exaggerating! You have to protect me until I get married!!" Zenitsu cried out. 

"I am Tanjiro Kamado and I'm so very sorry! But how can someone who just asked the person they just met to protect, how can someone like you want to become a swordsman, it's very shameful!" Tanjiro exclaimed as he placed his hand onto his chest. 

"That's so harsh!! It's because I was deceived by a woman and now, I have a buttload of debt! The guy I owe money to says I have to pay the dept the woman owes him to! And I went through hellish training regiments, and during that time I thought I should really just die! And during the final selection, I really thought I was going to die!! In the end, I was super, super lucky and survived, but now I'm back in that hellish lifestyle!! Gwaah, I don't want to do this anymore!!" Zenitsu whined, knelt down.

 "I should heal his lip," you said as you pointed at his busted lip "Heal it?" Tanjiro said, tilting his head, looking at you as he patted Zenitsu's "I don't have time for an explanation, I have a mission to attend to" you replied as you cupped the yellow-haired boy's cheeks and closed your eyes attempting to concentrate.

 "My lip... Gaaaaah! She's a demon or a witch! Gwaahhh That's even worse!!" Zenitsu screamed as he hid behind Tanjiro. 

"Tch, you're welcome and I'll be going now" you spat out as you crouched back up "Actually Y/n, these two boys are heading to the same destination as you, why don't the three of you travel with one another. It will be safer," your crow said after landing onto your shoulder. 

"Yes! Let's travel together!!" Zenitsu yelled, his cheeks flushed red as he grabbed the sleeve of your haori and began skipping 'Didn't you just call me a demon and a witch?' You thought as you stared at the boy.

The three of you walked with one another to your next mission Tanjiro was in between both you and Zenitsu, Zenitsu stood on his left and you on his right. You held Zenitsu sparrow on your palm, learning the sparrow's name was Chuntaro, to your surprise Tanjiro was able to understand the bird, you didn't bother asking how.

 Both you and Tanjiro watched the bird intensely as the bird chirped off Tanjiro nodded at each chirp and you watched the bird trying to make out words, and how Tanjiro was able to understand the chirps.

 "Zenitsu, I understand what you're going through but you shouldn't cause so much trouble for the sparrow" Tanjiro said with a worrisome expression "Eh, causing trouble for the sparrow? How did you know?" Zenitsu said, looking at Tanjiro as he ate the rice ball he had received from the boy.

 "Zenitsu is always like this and never wants to go to work. He always goes after every woman he sees, and he snores really loud. Just endless trouble, one thing after another. That's what it's saying" Tanjiro said as he pointed at the sparrow on your palm. 

"It's still talking about me!? How do you know, you understand bird language!?" Zenitsu screamed "Yes" Tanjiro responded "Seriously!? You're making this up aren't you!?" Zenitsu yelled, "Poor little, bird," you said with a frown as you petted the sparrow's neck.

 "Please hurry to your next destination, wasting time isn't very mature," your crow said as he flew onto your shoulder. 

"Guahh! The crows talking!?" Zenitsu screamed as he fell onto his bottom "Please follow me" your crow said as he flew off into the forest, you and Tanjiro did as requested, Tanjiro had to drag the yellow-haired male.

 And soon enough the three of you came across an estate in the middle of the forest, the three of you stood before the estate 'The smell of blood here is so strong, it's disgusting' you thought as you covered your nose "There's a strong scent of blood coming from inside the estate" Tanjiro commented as he stared at the building "Eh, there's a smell? I can't smell anything, but I can hear something, a sound coming from over there" Zenitsu said. 

'I can hear it too, the faint sound of hiccups and raspy breathing' you thought as you slowly turned around and to your surprise, you found the source of the hiccups and breathing, meters away, two children, a male and female. 

Were crouched in a bush, hugging one another "Kids" you whispered out as you walked over to them, catching the attention of Tanjiro and Zenitsu.

 "Are you alright?" You asked as you squatted down in front of them, instead of a proper response, the children shuddered in fear "Chirp, chirp" Chuntaro chirped, popping up on your palm, causing the children's eyes to widen "Ah, cute, right? Can you tell me what happened in that house? Is it your home?" You asked the frightened children. 

"No, it's the home of a monster," the male boy said in a frightened tone as his body shuddered with fear, along with the young lady in his arms.
