"So, what do you do around here when your not out on missions," you said as you poked Genya's shoulder blade.

The two of you sat on the engawa of the stone estate for quite some time, you had been pestering the male-only because you knew how flustered he got around females.

The male grumbled in response "Hey, you're able to turn into a demon just by consuming one's flesh, right?" You said as poked his shoulder once again.

"Mhm," Genya responded "that's quite interesting so, I guess we're both similar, huh" you mumbled "what..." he mumbled.

"We both have some ability related to demons like you can turn into one when consuming their flesh and I literally have the thing that created demons inside of me," you said as you took a seat beside the male.

Genya didn't respond.

"You know you've changed a lot in these ost few months both emotionally and physically. Before you would have tried hitting me or something but now you're sitting here as red as a tomato" you said as you rested your head against him and began to kick your legs against the engawa.

"Himejima-san the fire is too hot!" You whined, standing beside a lit fire while holding a few logs.

Himejima ignored you he continued to chant the words "Namu Amida Butsu" Himejima stood atop of the fire also holding a few logs.

"How do you do this all the time" you whined as you turned your head to face Genya. Genya didn't respond.

He turned his back to you instead. "That's rude!" You said slightly raising your voice.

"You have to focus Y/n, if you focus hard enough fire will begin to feel cold" Himejima spoke out.

'This man is completely insane!' You thought.

And soon enough your time with Himejima and Genya came to an end, you then went to stay with the wind pillar, Sanemi Shinazugawa.

"Gosh, he's a jerk," you said with a frown as you walked down the halls of the wind estate. Shinazugawa just finished yelling at you for eating one of his ohagi's.

"No! You're doing it wrong!! Your shoulders are too stiff and the way your turned your arm when your striking the bamboo is dulling your blade!! Do it again!!!" Shinazugawa yelled.

Shinazugawa had been making you train none stop since you've arrived at his estate. He had told you getting stronger is ideal because of your position as the keeper.

A grunt left your mouth as you struck the bamboo with a katana you borrowed from Shinazugawa.

"Hah?!! Do you not listen!!" Shinazugawa said as he walked towards you. Shinazugawa stood behind you and grabbed ahold of your arms and positioning them probably.

He then lifted your arms up and down tapping the bamboo with the edge of the blade "Sorry...See, it's not slanted. You won't dull the blade this way" Shinazugawa spoke out.

"Mhm," you hummed in response Shinazugawa then slanted the blade and moved your arms to demonstrate what you had been doing earlier.

"If you continue to hit the bamboo this way you won't get a clean get and you'll dull your blade. Do it again" Shinazugawa said as let go of your arms and back away from you.
