Author's note 🖋

I started this book because of my pure enthusiasm to try a new genre and write a book that is strongly based on its storyline. A few things to note before reading on ;

1. This is my first time writing a crime oriented book. That's to say it won't be a great book. Lower your expectations, please 🙃

I also took a different approach to write this book. And let me tell you I already framed the outline for each chapter till the intermission. I'll be following that tightly so...
I only update the chapter if I'm completely finished with the chapters as I planned. (It's something I learned from my previous book. I dragged it a lot and I'm not okay with it.)

Don't worry. I'll try my best to update weekly.

2. It is a 'pingxie' fiction. As I always say it will work for any pingxie fans regardless of the actors you manifest as pingxie.

(Actually, it is something I'm curious about. Tell me who is your ideal pingxie.
For me, pingxie is shunxi and yuliang.

Individually Xiao Yuliang is my epitome of Kylin. But as Wuxie I don't know why I can't unsee Luhan.)

3. Disclaimer:-

This is a fictional story. Any kind of similarities in places and incidents are mere coincidence. The characters are not mine but the story is completely created by me.

4. Clarification for the prologue.

If in case anyone is wondering about the prologue,
• It is a diary entry.
• I purposefully didn't reveal the owner of that dairy and also the one in the accident. (but it has some clues tbh)
• The chapters won't be a continuation of this incident. This diary entry, I thought it's the best way to introduce this story.
• The accident is the centre of the story but the main story is going to be a year later in the timeline.

Hope there will be great support along the way.
