He'll be alright, a little voice in her head told her, you saw the movie. He's going to be fine. You can rest now.

Rest... she said to it, yeah, that sounds nice.

And then the world went black.

When she came to, she was lying on her back on the ground next to an unconscious Tony Stark, Steve's worried face hovering over her.

"Y'know... this is the third time I've caught you staring at me, Rogers. You got a crush or something'?" She said, her voice raspy and sore.

He grinned tiredly, shaking his head. "Thought we lost you there, Fay."

"Ugh, not the last name." She sat up with the help of the super soldier, her head spinning. "God the headache I have, I think dying would have been the better option."

"What? No. Death-" Steve started, staring at her worriedly.

"It was a joke Steve."

"...oh."

She snorted, and glanced at Tony, who seemed still very unconscious.

"How are we gonna-" But Hulk's roar interrupted her sentence, and Tony jerked awake, "...wake him up."

"What- what happened? Did we win? I swear to god if anyone kissed me-" He spluttered, looking around wildly.

"We won, Stark. And no, you were not kissed." Harli said, grinning.

"Thank god." He huffed.

Harli laughed, then looked up at the three, "Anyone have a cigarette?"

"You smoke?" Tony asked, glancing at her.

"Only when I'm stressed."

"Y'know thats bad for you, right?"

"Yeah, but whatever. I'm guessing nobody has one?"

They shook their heads and Harli groaned.

Tony plunked his head back on the ground sighing, "Lets just not come in tomorrow- lets just take a day."

"Sounds amazing to me." Harli groaned, flopping back onto the ground.

"You ever tried shawarma? There's a shawarma joint about two blocks from here- never had it but I wanna try it."

"We are not finished yet." Thor cut in, looking up at the tower.

"...then shawarma after?"

"I vote yes- I'm hungry as hell." Harli raised her hand, looking at Steve.

"Sounds alright to me." He said with a small smile.

Loki pulled his way up onto the stairs, groaning.

The girl looked down at him, almost pitying the poor god.

Sure, he might have tried to invade New York with a giant alien race, but in the grand scheme of things- that's not terrible.

He looked up, and Clint readied an arrow at his face. Harli caught his eye, and she smiled slightly.

"..If it's all the same to you," he brushed some gravel that was stuck in his hair out, "I'll have that drink now."

Harli snorted, and Clint relented, relaxing the arrow.
