"Yes, Miss Fay?" A pleasant male voice said from the speakers around them

"Steve's apartment please."

"Right away, Miss Fay."

"Steve- no. That's the wrong button."

"But you said-"

"That was for the laptop," she said exasperatedly, "This is the TV."

"This is confusing." He groaned, leaning back into the soft leather couch.

"You'll get it eventually." She smiled, shoving his shoulder lightly.

Steve smiled at her, and then glanced at the clock on the wall. "It's almost nine- you hungry?"

"Mm, pizza?"

He narrowed his eyes at her hopeful face, considering it,

"Come on you old man. It's pizza. You can force me to eat healthy later."

Their stop to the grocery store between the mall and Steve's apartment had been.... exciting to say the least. The two had argued the entire way because they had extremely different tastes in food.

In the end they had settled to split it, Steve would pay for his food, and she would pay for hers. They compromised on the shared foods though, including eggs, milk, etc.

She had bought lots of sweet things, giving into her extreme sweet-tooth. As well as several bags of chips, and four crates of Monster.

Steve hadn't liked that, but he honored their deal. Harli took sympathy on him and picked up a mini fridge to put in the spare room for her energy drinks.

The kitchen was fully stocked with the foods each of them liked, two cabinets specifically labeled for each of them.

Harli had also picked up various beauty products for herself. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash was now stored on the lower shelf of Steve's rack in the bathroom. On her dresser was now a makeup shelf, as well as deodorant and perfume.

She had triple checked with Steve that it was okay she decorated the spare room, but when he had given her the go ahead, she disappeared into it for two hours.

Steve had yet to see it, as Harli had said she wasn't done.

In the time being, he had fiddled with the various electronics she had bought him. He had figured out the phone fairly quickly, but the laptop was a mystery to him, and the TV was just frustrating.

"Fine." He groaned, making to get up to go to the cord phone on the wall.

Harli cleared her throat, gesturing at the phone on the coffee table. He gave her a look, and picked it up, pressing his finger to a button on the back which read his print and let him in. He dialed the number of the pizza place on the corner, holding it up to his ear.

She grinned at him and turned back to the TV, pointing the remote at it and flicking through the apps until she got to Netflix. Steve ordered their pizza in the background. They split it down the middle, Steve's half covered in broccoli, peppers, sausage, mushrooms and lettuce.

Her side was simply pineapple and bacon. Simple, but amazing.

The pizza had been ordered, and Steve hung up. "It should be here in about forty-five minutes."

"So..." Harli said after a minute, looking at Steve.

He raised an eyebrow, leaning against the door frame of the kitchen.
