She collapsed onto the pavement, her wings curling back into her back, exhausted.

All her power must have been used from that stunt.

Hey, at least we know I have a limit now. She thought shakily.

By the time they reached the hospital and ditched their hero suits, well, Steve ditched his, Harli just shrugged a sweatshirt over hers and called it good enough, it was almost 11.

Steve flipped up his hood as he walked through the halls of the hospital, Harli half walking-half leaning on his arm.

She was less pale than she had been, and the bleeding from her forehead and neck had both stopped, but the sweatshirt had an already darkening patch of fabric where the chunk had been taken from her arm.

He helped her stagger down the hall to the vending machine.

"The fuck...?" She mumbled, completely forgetting where he had hidden it for a moment.

Steve's eyes widened as he saw that the USB was gone.

Natasha appeared behind him, their eyes meeting in the reflection as Harli leaned against the cool glass.

I had something from here... oh yeah! Doritos. Wait where'd I put them...? She felt her pockets, relieved when she heard the rustle of plastic in one of her pants pockets.

When she looked back up, Steve had vanished.

Where the fuck? She looked around, her eyes still blurry from the disk.

Glancing to the side she saw a man in a grey hoodie that looked about to be Steve's height and stumbled over to him.

"Ayo you Steve?"

It was not Steve.

"Sorry dude. I'm tryina' find my bestie-" Harli quite felt like she was high in that moment, and the world spun around her. "Actually I'm gonna take a nap. Like... right here."

And the world went black.

When she woke back up, she was in the backseat of a pick up truck and feeling much better than before.

"Ermgurburb." She mumbled, her face smushed into the seat.

"Good afternoon Sleeping Beauty." A teasing voice said, and she opened one eye to see Natasha grinning at her from the front seat.

"Wassup mah homie." Harli mumbled, still not feeling one hundred percent better.

"You gonna throw up again? We got you a bucket so Steve's shoes wouldn't get ruined again."

That made the girl bolt up, which was a bad idea because it made her head spin, but her embarrassment was enough to be able to ignore it for the moment.

"..mc'scuse me?"

"Do- do you not remember anything?"
