The weeks had passed like days. The day had finally come for Christabel to complete her N.E.W.T.S. She was nervous, but anyone would be if they took their exams early.
"Good luck, Bel. Tomorrow is the third task, will you be going?" George asked, as he and Fred walked Christabel to Mcgonagall's classroom for her exams.
"I guess, if you want me to go," She replied, and the twins nodded.
"Yes!" George exclaimed, a grin plastered on his face.
"Mum, Dad, and Bill will be there. Charlie might, too, but Percy will be off somewhere being the prat he always is," Fred said, as he threw an arm over Christabel's shoulders.
"I told you two I'd meet your family for the summer and--" She began, before Fred cut her off.
"Too late, you said you'd go to the final task," He retorted, a triumphant smile on his face.
"Good luck, Bel! We'll be with Amara!" George exclaimed, before he and Fred ran off.
Christabel was glad nobody was around to hear them talking about her daughter, otherwise that would be an uncomfortable conversation. Anyhow, she slowly made her way into the transfiguration classroom where Mcgonagall was waiting on her.
"Good, you're here. Sit in this desk, Miss Malfoy. You'll be done with all the tests by lunch if you concentrate," Mcgonagall stated, as Christabel walked over to her desk.
As Christabel was testing, Fred and George were in her dorm with Amara. Since the twins were caring for Amara, Alma was able to get other work done. Zainy fixed Amara bottles when needed, but for the most part, the twins were able to take care of Amara without any problems.
"Freddie, you think Amara will help us pull pranks once she's older?" George asked, and Fred nodded.
"I think she'll be a natural prankster by the age of five, Georgie. Maybe she'll help us develop new products for our joke shop," Fred answered, and George laughed.
"Ya know what's funny?" George asked, causing Fred to look over at him.
"What's that, Georgie?" Fred asked, and George grinned.
"Once Amara and Bel move in, they'll both be a part of the family, meaning Amara will never have a boyfriend," George replied, and Fred laughed.
"Oh, yeah, no boy will ever be allowed around her. She'll stay our innocent little prankster forever," Fred said, and George nodded.
When lunchtime came around, Christabel was on her final exam. She had to transfigure a person into an animal. A fourth year Gryffindor had agreed to be the test subject, only for the house points Mcgonagall had promised him. Christabel quickly transfigured the boy into a rabbit, before turning him back into a person. Luckily for her, she didn't mess up at all, otherwise she would've had to redo her exam and she wouldn't get as good of a score as she needed.
"Well done, Miss Malfoy. You may go back to your dorm. Your results will be given to you the first week of summer. You'll know if you passed, and if you did, I'll let you know when we will start our apparition lessons," Mcgonagall stated, and Christabel nodded quickly.
Christabel ran to her dorm, smiling when she seen the twins and Amara asleep on her bed. Walking into her bathroom, she quickly changed into comfortable clothes, before making her way back into her room.
"Miss Malfoy, what should Zainy make for lunch for Miss Malfoy and her friends?" Zainy asked, as Alma finished cleaning.
"Sandwiches are fine. Has Amara already been fed?" Christabel asked, and Zainy nodded.
"Miss Amara had her bottle at ten. Zainy made the bottle after feeding Miss Malfoy's friends," Zainy replied, and Christabel smiled.
"Thank you, Zainy. Bring a bottle of juice for Amara when you bring our food, alright?" Christabel said, and Zainy nodded again.
"Of course, Miss Malfoy," Zainy answered, before disappearing with a pop.
Christabel walked over to her bed and woke up the twins, which also woke up Amara.
"Bel! How'd it go?! Did you pass?!" Fred exclaimed, as George picked up Amara.
"I think it went well, but I won't know my results until the first week of summer," Christabel replied, and Fred nodded.
"I know you passed. I just know it," Fred commented, and Christabel smiled.
"So, how was Amara? Did you guys have fun while I was taking all my exams?" Christabel asked, and the twins nodded.
"It was great. We didn't have any troubles with her. Matter of fact, I might just become her babysitter when I'm not working at the joke shop," George said, causing Christabel to laugh.
"You're confident about your joke shop," Christabel commented, and the twins nodded.
"Confidence is key," Fred replied, and George agreed.
"Besides, while you and Amara have Mum preoccupied, we don't have to worry about her trying to find out what we're doing," George added, as he and Fred laughed.
The thought of living with the Weasleys made Christabel's stomach fill with butterflies. She was nervous about meeting the rest of the Weasleys. Matter of fact, she hadn't really met Ron either. She had tried to keep her distance from everyone else in the Weasley family, other than the twins of course.
She was nervous that Ron and Ginny would hate her because she was a Slytherin. She was also nervous that the rest of the family would hate her because she was a teen mother. There was a chance they'd cast her away, which scared her more than anything. She was terrified of being homeless, for the most part, even though she knew her father wouldn't allow it, mostly for the family's appearance.
Christabel knew the twins meant well, but the constant pressure of meeting the rest of the Weasley family caused a great deal of stress. She had never been nervous about meeting any of her parents' friends, but the twins' family was a different story. She hoped she wouldn't mess it up, but every thought of it made her mind race. She just needed to relax and not think about it...
