Christabel listened to Fred and George talk about what had happened at the Quidditch World Cup last summer, which she hadn't gone to since she was pregnant. She couldn't believe what she had heard, but it made her realize why Draco had known so much about what was going to happen at the final task of the Triwizard Tournament.
She, Amara, and the Weasleys had been living at Grimmauld place with Sirius for almost all of summer. Hermione had come to stay as well early on, which had surprised Christabel. Hermione didn't like Christabel much at first, but she had learned to trust her after almost two weeks. It took quite a while to convince Hermione to trust Christabel, but after some time, they finally had a nice friendship.
Close to the beginning of the next school year, Christabel and the twins began to hear more about Order meetings. The twins really wanted to participate, but Molly wouldn't allow them to do so. She didn't want Christabel to participate either, since she didn't want the girl to be hurt if they had to go against her family. Christabel understood the reasons, but she still wanted to participate in the Order nonetheless. Sirius was the one to recommend she only somewhat participated in the Order.
Since Christabel had Amara to worry about, as well as the potential to be put up against her family, she didn't need to be put in any missions for the Order. She didn't like the idea, but she understood and agreed nonetheless. Dumbledore was unsure about the arrangement at first, but after much argument from Sirius, he agreed to all of Sirius' terms and conditions.
Christabel worked hard answering questions and giving all the information and ideas that she could, even if it wasn't near enough to take out the Dark Lord and his followers. Christabel was just glad that she hadn't broke and became a Death Eater like her father, aunt, uncle, and any other family had.
"How is the relationship between you and Harry?" Sirius asked, as he sat next to Christabel after dinner.
"Not good. He hates me because I'm a Slytherin, a Malfoy, the list goes on. I never talked to him before, but my brother talked about him a lot," Christabel replied, causing Sirius to frown.
"Well, hopefully it'll change, since you both will be here together eventually," Sirius said, and Christabel nodded slightly, trying not to show any emotions.
"Do you know something?" Christabel asked, causing Sirius to shake his head.
At that moment, a voice piped in, causing Christabel to jump slightly.
"Harry's been expelled!" Christabel heard, causing her eyes to widen.
Christabel had never thought Harry would be expelled, especially once she heard he had used magic in front of a muggle. According to Sirius, the muggle was Harry's cousin Dudley. He had used the patronus charm against a dementor that was after them. It didnt sound right to Christabel that a dementor would just go after a wizard and his muggle cousin for no reason. She felt it seemed a little suspicious, but she didn't voice her thoughts until it was only Sirius in the room once again. He agreed, of course, but he really couldn't claim as much to anyone same as Christabel couldn't.
A day or so later, Harry was brought to Grimmauld place to stay with everyone until his trial. Harry wasn't happy when he seen everyone, especially seeing his best friends who had ignored him. Once he had yelled at them and finally calmed down, he seen Christabel and Amara. He glared at Christabel, knowing who she was exactly. His eyes widened a bit when he seen the baby in Christabel's arms.
"What is she doing here?" Harry seethed, causing everyone to turn towards him.
"Harry, she's a part of the Order," Remus commented, causing Harry to frown.
"How could you trust her? She's a Malfoy," He commented, crossing his arms in front of her.
"Harry, she's Fred and George's best friend. She's a nice girl, and she's nothing like her family. She's really sweet, and a great mother, too," Molly said, trying not to argue with Harry.
"Mother? Who would have a baby with her?" He questioned, causing Christabel to look away.
"I-I'm going upstairs. Amara needs a nap," Christabel said, walking up the stairs quickly.
"Bel!" The twins exclaimed, but she didn't come back, causing both twins to glare at Harry.
The twins looked over at their mother, hoping for her to tell them what to do. She motioned with her head for them to go upstairs with Christabel, causing them to quickly run up the stairs after the girl and her baby.
"Harry, I know you don't like Slytherins or the Malfoys, but Christabel isn't as bad as her family. She's a great girl, and we've all gotten to know her. You should really get to know her before you despise her as much as you do her little brother," Sirius commented, causing Harry to scowl.
Harry didn't like Sirius defending a Malfoy, but there wasn't much he could do about it. Hermione, Ron, and Ginny made it their mission to make Harry realize Christabel was different from her family. They knew they would get Harry to open his eyes, they just hoped it was soon enough for him to apologize to her in person for being such an asshole to her in front of everyone.
"Ginny, Ron, and Hermione will talk sense into Harry, Bel. Don't cry," Fred said, as he hugged Christabel.
The twins and Christabel were sitting on the bed Christabel had been given. Amara was asleep in her cot next to Christabel's bed, so the twins and Christabel sat watching her sleep, as Christabel cried over what Harry had done.
"I hate being hated for my last name and my house. I can't help it, it wasn't like it was my choice," She cried, causing the twins to frown.
"We promise he'll apologize before we have to go back to school. We'll make sure of it. Now stop crying, Bel, you're too pretty to cry," George said, as he hugged his best friend as well.
The twins were disappointed in Harry, more than they had been before. They couldn't believe the boy had been so rude and prejudice towards their best friend, especially after he said how much he hated people being that way towards him. The twins were going to play a prank on him, as revenge for making their girl cry...
