The Christmas holiday was arriving sooner than Christabel was expecting. She had spent a bit of the Malfoy money to purchase gifts for the Weasleys, Sirius, Amara, Hermione, Remus, Tonks, and Harry. Though Harry still seemed to despise her, she didn't want to leave him out on the Christmas festivities, even though she knew he would leave her out if he had the chance. She knew most people hated her for her lineage, so she was trying to learn to accept it with good humor.

"Bill will be here soon, but Charlie isn't coming. He has to work. Percy isn't coming either," Mrs Weasley said, looking over at Christabel slightly.

"He's being an arse to his family now that he works for the minister," Sirius whispered, trying to make sure Mrs Weasley didn't hear him.

"When will Bill be here?" Christabel asked, biting her lip slightly.

She had heard about Bill and Charlie from Fred and George. From what the twins said, their older brothers were nice, but she was worried they wouldn't like her since she had a baby. Most people didn't like girls like her, so she was scared to meet Bill. She hoped to meet Charlie eventually, but for now she had to deal with the fact that she was meeting Bill, the oldest Weasley sibling.

"In an hour, I believe. It'll give you time to put Amara down for a nap. You'd probably have a better chance of getting to know him if Amara is sleeping," Mrs Weasley commented, causing the girl to nod.

After grabbing a snack for herself, Christabel carried Amara to their room to take a nap. Amara wasn't very tired, but she also wasn't feeling well. She was teething, so it was evident to Christabel that the baby had a fever and just wanted to feel better. With a sigh, the Malfoy girl stood from her bed and carried the baby down the stairs to the kitchen once again.

"Molly, where's the vanilla?" Christabel asked, as she entered the kitchen, not paying attention to everyone in the room.

"Right here. What's wrong?" She asked, handing the vanilla to Christabel.

"She's teething and has a fever. She's not feeling well," Christabel answered, as she used her finger to rub vanilla on the baby's gums to soothe them.

Amara reached for Mrs Weasley, knowing the woman would help her feel better. Christabel smiled lightly, handing her daughter over to Mrs Weasley. Turning to the side to speak to Sirius, Christabel's eyes went wide when she seen the older Weasley sitting at the table with Sirius. Bill had seen Christabel come down the stairs, and he couldn't help but admire the young girl. She was beautiful, but he wouldn't admit that outloud in front of his mother. When he seen the baby her arms, he wondered who the baby belonged to. He had been staring at Christabel when she had turned to talk to Sirius.

"Nice to meet you, Bill. I'm Christabel, but you can just call me Christa like everyone else, or Bel, since that's what the twins call me," Christabel said, trying to ease the awkwardness in the room.

"It's nice to meet you too, Christabel," He replied, unsure of which nickname he wanted to use.

"Oh, stop with the awkwardness, Chrissy. He's the same as all his other siblings," Sirius joked, causing the girl to laugh slightly.

"I sure hope not, the twins are a handful on their own," She answered, and this time Bill laughed as well.

As Bill, Christabel, and Sirius spoke amongst each other, Mrs Weasley made lunch and Amara stayed perched on her hip. The small girl was watching her mother and Bill talk, but her eyes were mostly on the new redhead she had never met. Every few minutes she'd look back at what Mrs Weasley was doing, before her eyes would travel back to Bill.

Bill could feel eyes on him, but he knew it wasn't Sirius or Christabel. His eyes traveled around the room before they locked with the baby on his mother's hip. He held eye contact with the baby, which caused Christabel to look over as well.

"Amara, is Bill interesting?" Christabel asked, causing Mrs Weasley to turn around and face the table.

As soon as she was close to the table, Amara started to stare at Bill once more.

"It's like she's seeing into his soul," Sirius commented, as Christabel laughed.

"I don't think she's that good yet, Sirius," She replied, as Sirius simply smirked.

A moment went by of Amara and Bill keeping eye contact, before Bill ended up laughing slightly. He couldn't keep a straight face with a baby staring at him.

"She's really staring," Bill commented, smiling at Amara.

"Babies stare at people they think are interesting. You should've seen her the first time she met Sirius; looked away almost instantly," Christabel joked, as Sirius scoffed.

"That was a lie. We both know Amara finds me interesting. Matter of fact, she likes to hang out with me all the time," Sirius retorted, looking over at Amara,"Don't you just love Padfoot, 'Mara?" He cooed, as she simply grinned at him with a slightly squealing laugh.

After a moment or two, Amara smiled at Bill again and stuck her arms out in a gesture for him to hold her. She wanted to meet the new person in the room.

"Do you want to hold her, Bill?" Mrs Weasley asked, causing Bill to bite his lip.

"Don't worry, she's sweet," Christabel said, and Mrs Weasley agreed.

"As sweet as her Mum, of course," She added, and Christabel blushed lightly.

"You're too nice, Molly," Christabel murmured, as Mrs Weasley grinned.

"As if. Chrissy is so mean. She once put salt in my tea because I woke her up before Amara was up," Sirius said, as Christabel glared at him.

"I needed rest, Sirius. Something you don't seem to understand," She retorted, as he simply snorted sarcastically.

Bill watched as Christabel took Amara into her arms and sat down next to Bill again. As soon as she sat down, she passed Amara over to Bill and watched as the oldest Weasley child stared down at the small child in his arms. He hadn't held a baby before, besides when Ginny was really little, but that didn't really count. This baby was adorable though, and he couldn't help but become attached to her as soon as he held her. He had many questions for Christabel and his mother, but he chose not to ask them for now.

Amara laid her head down on his chest, fisting his shirt tightly. He stared down at the child, as she closed her eyes and began to fall asleep. Christabel smiled at her daughter, watching as she fell asleep on someone whom she barely knew. She could tell how easily Amara trusted Bill, which made her wonder if Bill was meant to be in their lives. She thought Bill was attractive, but she doubted anyone would find her attractive since she was a teen mother...
