8 MONTHS LATER

LISA'S POV

"HONEY!!" I heard my fiancée's voice echo through the office the moment I stepped inside.

Before I could even react, Jennie came running toward me, her heels clicking against the floor. I laughed softly as she threw herself into my arms, hugging me tightly like she hadn't seen me in years.

"Hi, Honey," I giggled, kissing her cheek. But Jennie wasn't satisfied with just that, she cupped my face and kissed me passionately, making my heart flutter.

"God, I missed you so much," she whispered against my lips before walking us over to the couch. She practically pushed me down and sat on my lap, her legs draped over me. Then she let out a laugh that made my heart melt.

"I just saw you this morning," I chuckled, brushing a strand of her hair behind her ear.

"I know! But I start to miss you the moment I don't see you," she pouted dramatically, crossing her arms.

I kissed her cheek softly. "You're so cute."

Jennie smiled at me, her eyes glimmering with so much love it almost made me cry.

"I can't wait for our wedding, Lili."

I leaned my forehead against hers, smiling back. "Me too."

She groaned in frustration, burying her face into my neck. "I just want you to be Mrs. Kim already!"

"Just two more days, honey," I giggled, and she pouted even harder.

TWO DAYS LATER

"You look beautiful," Jennie whispered as I walked down the aisle in my wedding dress, my heart pounding in my chest.

"You too," I winked at her, and she blushed so adorably that I had to bite my lip to stop myself from laughing.

I finally reached her, and she immediately held my hand like she never wanted to let go. The world disappeared, it was just us, standing there, promising forever.

We exchanged our vows, and Jennie ended up crying halfway through hers. Her voice cracked, and tears spilled down her cheeks uncontrollably.

I was crying too, though not as hard, and I had to stop myself from laughing when she hiccupped between her words. Gently, I wiped her tears away, whispering

"It's okay, baby."

When Jennie finally finished, the priest smiled warmly. "I may now call you wife and wife!"

Before he could even say anything else, I grabbed Jennie's waist and pulled her into a kiss.

She wrapped her arms tightly around my neck, smiling through our kiss as people cheered and clapped around us.

Hand in hand, we walked down the aisle together, laughing as flower petals rained over us.

Our wedding was perfect, it was held outside near the beach, with the sound of the waves crashing softly in the background.

Jennie had rented out the whole land so that no one could disturb us, and it felt like our own little world.

At the after-party, I sat beside Jennie, still buzzing with happiness.

"Let's have these ladies share their first dance," one of Jennie's friends called out.

Jennie stood up, holding out her hand for me. I smiled and let her lead me to the dance floor. Her arms wrapped around my neck, and my hands slid naturally around her waist as we swayed lightly to the music.

Our foreheads touched, and for that moment, there was nothing else, just her heartbeat against mine.

Our honeymoon in Jeju was like something out of a dream.

We spent the days exploring, laughing, and eating until our stomachs hurt. But the nights... the nights were ours. We laid in bed, tangled in each other's arms, cherishing every single second.

"I love you so much, Lisa," Jennie whispered one night as she kissed my shoulder.

"I love you more, Jennie," I said, pressing a kiss to her cheek.

She giggled, resting her head against me.

"Lisa Manoban-Kim..."

I laughed softly. "That sounds amazing."

She smiled with her whole heart. "Looks like we're officially Mrs. Kim."

ONE YEAR LATER

Lisa's POV

"Shhh, we're going to surprise Mommy now, okay?" I whispered to my little 10-month-old baby boy, Leo, who was squirming happily in my arms.

"Ma... ma," Leo babbled, clapping his tiny hands.

My heart melted. "Yes, baby. Mama."

Jennie had been in New York for four days on a big business trip, and she kept telling us how much she missed us.

She had no idea we were here, waiting in her hotel room with balloons and gifts behind us.

The door unlocked, and Jennie walked in, looking exhausted from her day. She closed the door, let out a sigh, and then finally looked up.

Her eyes widened instantly, her jaw dropping.

"Hi, honey," I chuckled softly, shifting Leo on my hip.

"Ma...ma!" Leo giggled, clapping again.

Jennie froze for a second, her eyes glassy, and then she let out a cry of pure joy.

"Baby!!"

She ran to me and threw her arms around me so tight I almost lost my balance. She kissed me everywhere, my cheeks, my nose, my lips, before pulling Leo into her arms and showering his face with kisses too.

"Baby, what are you doing here?" she cried, tears streaming down her face.

I gently wiped them away, smiling. "You said you needed us... so here I am."

Jennie kissed me again, her hands trembling. "I love you."

"I love you more," I whispered, pressing a kiss to her forehead.

Later that night, after putting Leo to bed around 1 a.m., Jennie wrapped her arms around my waist as we both stood over his crib, watching him sleep peacefully.

She kissed my neck softly, sending shivers down my spine.

"Let's go to sleep, baby," she whispered, and I nodded.

As we crawled into bed, Jennie tucked me close to her chest. "I never thought my life would be like this," she whispered.

"Thank you for coming into my life."

I chuckled lightly. "Did I really turn the cold-hearted Jennie Kim into a softer, more loving person?"

She groaned and buried her face into my neck, embarrassed. "Yeah, you did. I don't know how... but I don't regret it for even a second."

I kissed her lips gently. "I don't regret meeting you either."

Jennie looked into my eyes, tears glistening again. "I love you so much, Lisa. I'm so happy my life is like this. I'm so happy you're my wife. I'm so happy you're a Kim now."

I kissed her deeply, brushing her tears away. "I love you too, Mrs. Kim."

And as she smiled against my lips, holding me like I was her whole world, I realized she was mine too.
