Here is another imagines drabble where James is trying to convince to leave your significant other.
‘’Why don’t you tell him that you’re leaving?’’ James spoke huskily in your ear, pinning you against the wall. His hands were on your waist, but as he leaned in to kiss you, you turned your head.
‘’James, please.’’ You said, trying to get away from his grip.
‘’You love me, you told me that yourself. Why are you still with him? He only makes you cry anyway.’’ He growled, holding you close.
‘’It’s not that easy, James.’’ You said, now stomping his arm in a warning to let you go for real.
‘’I’ve been with him for a very long time, I can’t just call him up and say, ‘hey, I’m out of love with you, let’s break up!’.’’ You yelled, throwing your hands up in the air with frustration. You leaned on the back of the couch, staring in thought. James walked up to you, holding your waist a little more gentle now.
‘’Baby girl, don’t stress. Just turn him to the left.’’ He whispered. You were amazed by the willpower within you, to not kiss him.
You didn’t wanna cheat on your boyfriend, even though you didn’t love him anymore.
James took out your phone from your pocket, presenting it to you.
‘’Call him, and tell him you found a new man.’’ He smirked.
‘’You can’t lie to him forever.’’ He said a little more serious. You looked hesitantly at the phone.
You’ve lived this scene before. Everytime James was over he would say the same things, doing the same gestures for 3 weeks now. He would hand you your phone, but you would take it and put it back in your pocket saying you would figure it out with your boyfriend.
You sighed, looking up at James, whose eyes were serious. You took the phone like you always did, and James expected you to put it away.
You looked at the small screen, looking for your boyfriend’s name and clicked on ‘call’. James watched you in awe, a small grin on his face.
Your face dropped when you heard his voice on the other line.
‘’Hey.. it’s me…’’ You said. From the corner of your eyes, you saw James nod. In your heart you knew this was the right decision. He was right. You can’t lie to him forever.
‘’Listen.. we need to talk..’’
