We've been hiding in the kitchen for the past 15 minutes now. I patched up Tiana and got the bullet out so it's not that bad like before from my perspective but she still needs a professional doctor because I can't tell....

I'm still in shock because of what Shanika did. I wasn't expecting that at all and she didn't show any signs of what she was doing although she was a bit distant in the ending but heck I should've known and Luke is her boyfriend what the hell

"You okay Mera?"

"Do I look okay? My best friend is here battling for her life and my so called 'best friend' that I thought was my best friend is out there trying to murder us"

BANG BANG BANG

"Welp, I guess Ryder is here" Luke said

"Time to get in action"

"I'm coming"

"No" they both said blankly

"Why?" I asked

"Are you crazy? Do you want Ryder to have our heads on a platter?" Luke asked

"I need to get Tiana out of here one way or another, look at her"

"Fine, let's go but stay behind us"

"Hold on a little longer girl we're getting you out of here" I said helping her up

We went through the back door and saw Ryder and some of his men coming towards us

"Are you okay?"

"I'm a little shaken up but yeah, we need to get her to the hospital as soon as possible though"

"Tiana" Hunter came around the corner with mixed emotions on his face taking her out of my grasp

"Who dis this?"

"Shanika"

They both had a shocked look on their faces and Ryder turned to Leo

"We'll talk about this later but right now you girls need to get out of here"

"No" I said

"I'm not leaving you here alone"

"I know that is why I brought this for you"

Huh

I felt something stick me in my neck so I turned around and saw Luke holding up a needle

My vision became blurry and I had just realized what happened

"Son of a bit-"

Then everything went dark

Ryder's POV

I figured that she wouldn't listen to me so my only option was to drug her and knock her out for a few hours.

She will forgive me later.... right??

I called two of my trustworthy men and told them the specific location that they are supposed to carry the girls to and there's a doctor there waiting for Tiana so she will be in good hands once she arrives

"Where's my son?"

"He's in the car sir along with his grandmas and so on"

"Okay get them out of here and keep me posted"

Hayden is going to die tonight and I will make sure that happens. We got inside through the back and saw two of his men standing by the kitchen door so I shot both of them in the head since I had my silencer so no one would hear us coming. I went around the corner and saw three more men and Shanika was standing between two of them

Coward

Luke, Hunter and Leo took one for them self then snapped their necks causing Shanika to turn around and gasp in shock so Samantha came upfront and punch her in the face, knocking her out in the process

"Well, well, well isn't this a lovely reunion"
